For this episode of Chat Cinema, a talk to Bolivian director Alejandro Loayza Grisis about his film UTAMA.  Submitted for the International Best Film Oscar from Bolivia, the visually stunning work tells the story of affects on a rural population from the South American country.    Winner at the Sundance Film Festival, UTAMA is a brave  debut work.
