Depression is the major cause of suicide in our world today. Every now and then, people have the tendency to slip into feelings of despondency and dejection but learning how to deal with it and set structures in place to pull you back from that bottomless pit is necessary for survival. It begins with your thoughts and then your words. Learning mastery and control over those two will give you a better outcome at life.
Just like your thoughts, your words also determine the outcome of your life. So it’s important to check what you are speaking as well.
Our lives are stirred in the direction of our thoughts. Because thinking is a passive process, we sometimes overlook it. We are largely ignorant of the power in our thoughts and how the results in our lives are a direct reflection of what we think daily. Learning to track your thoughts helps you gain awareness and control over what goes in and out of your mind and most importantly the opportunity to stir our lives in a different direction.
Traditional religion sometimes associates certain things with carnality and that makes it difficult for Christians to enjoy the pleasures of life. A switch from religion to relationship with God makes all the difference.
Just like the parable of the talents, we all have gifts that God has given us to not just show our love for Him but to help the next person and make their lives better. Todays podcast is urging you to look within and allow the Holy Spirit help you audit the gifts He’s given you so you can put it to better use for His glory and the benefit of mankind.
There’s a principle for every promise and sometimes the results we so desire is in applying the principles.

In an ever moving world, there’s the tendency to keep going at a fast pace without taking the needed time to rest our bodies. And even when we do, we guilt-trip ourselves for it. Rest is a form of self-care and it is a necessity, not a luxury.
Certain mindsets can hold you back from reaching your full potential. A scarcity mindset is one of such. Do you believe everything in your life flows freely from a place of abundance or do you leave in fear of not having enough of all you need through life? A switch from Scarcity to an abundance mindset can make all the difference.
Tomorrow is really not promised so consciously love the ones around you and live life purposefully so in the end it counts.
Certain levels in our lives demand more from us than others. Sometimes it’s a struggle maintaining relationships in your life when you change levels.
We all have something that we can do exceptionally well that others may struggle with. These things come natural to us because the grace is made available to do it effortlessly.
Expecting perfection from people is you setting yourself up for failure because no one is perfect. Always make room for peoples flaws.
As a Christian, the presence of God is very important but sometimes we loose the consciousness of His presence either because of things we start or stop doing. It’s important to realize when this happens and fix it.
When was the last time your let yourself loose? When was the last time you allowed yourself have fun like a child without any care or worries? Adulting can be overwhelming so you need to create little moments that bring you joy 🥰
We’ve all had to go through hurtful and traumatic experiences and in some cases it’s harder because this hurt comes from people you trusted but hey, you can choose to stay stuck in your hurt or decide to heal and move past it. I chose the later and I’m better for it today.

God has deposited so many gifts and talents on the inside of us. Talents He intends to use in blessing you and everyone around you. He just needs you to move and take a step when it’s the time and Season for it. 💕

So last year I made a decision to go on 2 vacations a year and I’ve tried to be intentional about it (So help me God) Dubai is my first vacation for the year 2022 and it so happens that it is also my first time in Dubai. It is a beautiful city and I can tell you the experience has been memorable!
