Hi everyone! Welcome back to Shake It Off. This episode is all about how to create and maintain friendships, we cover the challenges and tips for finding friends in a new location and our experiences through this episode.

We are all recovering and remembering how to connect after living in some degree of isolation during the pandemic. Alot of people moved cities, states and countries during the pandemic and humans are wired for connection. But how do we connect and meet new people when social anxiety is higher than usual and we are in a new location?
