Today I’m back with another successful Aligned Coaching Alumni story! This time, I invited Norma Garcia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & a Life/Inner Healing Coach, to share how she introduced coaching services into her business model and expanded her offering using coaching. You will have the opportunity to hear Norma’s journey, how she struggled with burnout and unfulfillment as a full-time therapist, how she opened a private practice but still lacked the quality of life she desired, and how it all changed when she discovered the coaching world.
Additionally, Norma shares how she embraced her CEO identity, what limiting beliefs and hesitations came up for her as she decided to become a 9-5 optional, how she shifted the stories that didn’t serve her as an entrepreneur, and much more! This is only the first part of the full interview, so don’t forget to tune in next week for the second part. Lista? Let’s get into today’s episode!
