In this session, I want to talk about setting yourself up to go exponential.

As humans we seem to think very linearly, except linear isn't really the way the universe works or really the way the world works. In fact, everything's exponential! This is really important to understand.

So in this video, I want to introduce you to a few principles that for some of you there will be revision principles, and for some of you they will be new principles. But I think that they're going to be very important for this year.

My vision and goal for this year is to go exponential.
