In the 2nd hour, I will be joined by a guest who has been on this show a few times. I fell in love with him when he was a contestant on one of the first seasons of "Hell's Kitchen"!! Owner of "The Smoke Shop" and author of some great BBQ cookbooks, Andy Husbands, joins me on the show. Tonight we will talk about his new book getting ready to hit the shelves, we will also talk about the BBQ restaurant business and we will also talk about his competition schedule for 202 (if there is one).
