Abstract: The Team Leader and Group Leader roles are two of the most important leadership roles in an organisation, directly impacting and influencing the majority of a company’s staff. It’s therefore critical that they are the right person for the role and that they’re supported to be successful. What does that look like in reality? What does an organisation need to do to ensure that it recruits and selects, inducts, trains and supports its TLs and GLs excellently?
