The fellas sit down with 21 year veteran firefighter and Captain Homer Sierra about his career in the fire department. Captain Sierra is now a Captain in the Special Services Division assigned to training. He speaks about his experience with changing the culture from the field to the training division discussing both the successes and difficulties he has faced along the way.
