Discipleship is not a pathway to bigger and better things. Instead, discipleship is the destination of all believers in Christ. We never outgrow it. So, where do we begin?

We believe that everything begins with Jesus. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life.” Aside from him, we cannot know God in the life-giving, transforming, empowered and intimate way he did. So, we imitate him in every way.

At Crosspoint, this is an essential series. So we return to the same Five Marks of a disciple every fall. Growth, Pursuit, Community, Service and Mission.

This year, we will observe the lifestyle of Jesus. Why? When we adopt the Jesus lifestyle, two things begin to happen. First, we can trust that we’re being formed into his likeness, and second, we grow closer in relationship with God, our heavenly Father.

In each passage selection, we will observe how Jesus lived and uncover each trademark of those who follow his Way.
