Who is Christie Lazo?
Christie Lazo is an Indigenous-Peruvian content creator and mother of one, living in Toronto, Canada. She is a digital marketing strategist by profession, completing her MA in Social Justice Education, and fluent in both English and Spanish. In 2018, Christie launched the Vida With Christie Podcast, educating and supporting parents in raising aware and empowered children. Focusing on the decolonization of parenthood, breaking intergenerational cycles, and social justice-centric motherhood approaches, Christie bring her equity, diversity, inclusion and decolonization expertise to each piece of content she produces. Christie is a tea lover, beauty and makeup obsessed, an avid foodie, a travel enthusiast, and a mamá rebelde.
