When I started my first business, my first major contract was with a major telecom company. I was very blessed to get that. We ran that campaign for more than 13 years. If we have a big enough dream and we know what we really want (not just a nice car and a big house, but spiritually) you must ask what is the purpose of your existence? What are you going to be known for? What do you want to leave behind? For me it’s about giving. Giving is a lifestyle.
• The problems or challenges that I’ve been through in my life could come back, but I have faith in myself, my abilities, my network, my friends, my business, my family, so I will find a way no matter what.
• To be a leader, like everything, you can have talent but talent is never enough. I’m more of the belief that leaders are created. You could be born in a family where everybody’s enthusiastic but to become a truly unstoppable leader you still have to create yourself a new identity, you have to polish and keep enhancing your skills.
