• The old day of business was “we command you and we control you”, now it’s “inspire and trust”, if I can inspire someone and they jump off and I say I trust them the more apt we have to actually grow it when you trust and inspire that old mindset of “I’m the boss, just do it”. That’ll work for a minute but that person can find another job where they’re inspired. Leadership has to change its mind because people aren’t uneducated any more, people have access to information. They’re no longer uninformed, they know more than you about various things so treat people well.
