Do we try to take the passions and callings of others and fit them into a box that we have already made within the church? Do we set boundaries on what ministry can be and then just expect people to find their unique calling within those boundaries? What if we encouraged people to do what they are called to do instead? What if we used the resources God has blessed us with as tools for His kingdom and not our kingdom?
