Bill Cosby once said this... "I don't know the key to success but I do know that the key to failure is trying to please everybody."

As for me, I always remember this proverb - "One Man's Meat Is Another Man's Poison!" meaning to say that, things liked or enjoyed by one person may be distasteful to another.

It makes me think of my business and how "hard" it is that some customers can be.

It's true when you are dealing with hundreds or thousands of clients each day, you can't possibly please everyone.
