Happy Father's Day! In today's episode, Paul shares the struggles he faced when it came to the loss of his father and his grieving process. Paul is a father figure to me and we also discussed the challenges we faced in our own relationship. Father's day can be a very challenging holiday for some of us. So, I asked Paul to join me on a Father's day episode because he has taught me a lot about letting people in even when people that we love are absent and I wanted to have him give you the same encouragement that I have been receiving from him for the past 6 years.
