At the time of this interview Wendy was a NED of the Commonwealth Bank, Coles Group Ltd and Fitted for Work, and a Council Member of The University of Melbourne.

She held multiple committee and panel positions, was the chair of the Industry Advisory Board for the Centre for Business Analytics at the Melbourne Business School and a member of the Digital Experts Advisory Committee for the Digital Taskforce in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
