Mike Rhyner spent 32 years in radio in the Dallas-Ft Worth market, commencing in 1979 at KZEW. He spent 7 years as producer of the LaBella & Rody show watching things blow up around him before moving to WBAP, then KZPS. Probably best known as the creator of the Ticket, he spent 26 years there, primarily helming the perennially dominant afternoon drive time show the Hardline. In December 2019 he stepped away from the Ticket, announcing his retirement in a surprise video still talked about today.
