Welcome Back to The O Club Podcast! We are joined today by Andrew Brazell, a U.S. Marine with over 7 years of short term rental experience. Andrew and his wife Haley have become a master of making lemons out of lemonade, having scaled from one to ten units since Andrew’s pilot training was delayed due to an injury. Seeing a ripe opportunity, Haley and Andrew switched back to short term rentals, having experienced the cash flow potential using arbitrage in Denver, years before joining the Marine Corps. Their immediate goals are to continue scaling with creative financing, and transitioning Haley away from an active management role so she can scale her own Mental Health Private Practice. Their long term goals are to break into the Denver, Kalamazoo, and San Diego markets to help their families achieve financial independence for themselves. They regularly host meetups in Pensacola, and are beginning to network with other leaders to help educate (and learn alongside) their communities.
