So many of us seem to do things or not do things in response to the fear of what other people might think about us, and we’re working toward solving that problem today.
Caring about what others think can be healthy, but it becomes a problem when it is obsessive and when it makes us vulnerable, and that is a problem worth solving.
In order for us to solve this problem, we have to understand why it happens in the first place, and I walk you through some of the reasons why we care about other people’s opinions and how to overcome those reasons.
We can’t control what other people think and say about us, but we can control how we react to them. We can get to a peaceful place where it doesn’t matter as much to us anymore, and it’s so worth getting to that place.
