This week is an action item designed to get you moving forward in your Party Business

8 years ago I had a vision for my business but I never did anything with it other than throw the concept out into the world (and then get lost in the constant busy work that consumes small businesses!)

It took a further 4 years before I would actually cast a vision for my business.

By the time I made this a priority my business was a red hot mess (super busy but very chaotic!)

Once I cast my vision, I started to be laser focussed on what I was trying to achieve and I was able to achieve so much more because all my energy was aligned.

A vision is so important for a number of reasons.

  • Firstly – A vision helps you define success.
  • Secondly, a vision for your business helps define and shape the decisions you make.
  • Finally, a business without a vision is like a boat lost at sea.

Your vision doesn’t have to be big and it won’t be the same as anyone else. It’s personal.

So over to you. Take 5 mins today and write out your vision for your business. It doesn’t have to be long.

It can even just be a financial goal but you’ll see – once you have set a vision you will see the next step that you need to take to move forward towards achieving this vision.

Until next week, Bye!
