In this episode I talk about the love that you find within and how it reflects outside of you. When you lead with your heart as your compass, compassion, then all that you desire will follow. Be selfish in a way that allows an equal give and take.

The love or lack thereof, that we have for ourselves reflects in our relationship with others. Show them and yourself some compassion and lead with love while you embark on your journey
