His specialties are elk and plains mule deer, especially calling and decoying mature mule deer bucks. Lou has written dozens of feature articles in all the major bowhunting magazines. He has also given seminars and banquet speeches to bowhunting clubs. Lou lives in the mountains of northern Colorado with his wife and yellow lab pup.
