Before settling down in Iowa to raise is growing family Dave Reimer experienced a few lifetimes of adventures in the Alaskan Interior living and teaching in a remote village. He pursued brown bear, moose and black bear. He also immersed himself in the local culture and was rewarded in being invited to partake in a “Bear Party” with the elders.
