The creation of this podcast came out of my own desire to have true healing and freedom in my life. It derives from a yearning to become the version of myself that walks in more faith than fear and an understanding the we need individual healing just as much as we need to heal on a community level. Let's do it together. Unravel, unfold, unlearn and come together again. We deserve it. Our community deserves it. And most of all, it's necessary.
