He spent part of his formative years growing up in the care system and published his book titled ‘But We All Shine On’, which reflected on his time there.

Paolo is the musician’s go-to biographer, having written books to receive critical acclaim on some of the greatest musicians of all time; David Bowie, The Jam, Paul Weller and Oasis.
