Here are some suggestions on finding a spiritual medium, based upon my experience, and I’ve used all of these methods. When you are hurting and in need of someone to talk with, it is often confusing about where to look, and you may not have the time or the patience to explore different options.  This is meant to be a helpful guide, in order of what I found to be the most effective:

1. Books and YouTube videos
2. Recommendation of trusted friends or relatives
3. Internet search (Facebook groups, Spirituality subreddits)
4. Fame or “medium to the starts” reputation
