In today's episode I speak to Ching who is a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen in collaboration with Arla Foods.
Ching studies how children perceive food structures and develops child-oriented questionnaires that may replace 'real life settings' in which children are confronted with food with settings in children are asked about what they would choose, if there was food.
