EP 29: Personal Therapy While Training
“If I think about me, I’m being selfish”. This is a statement we can all relate to. However, “Self-care isn’t selfish”. On this episode of Chrysalis on the Couch, Chrysalis Tutor Lorna Cordwell discusses with the group their own experiences of having therapy. Julia is new to therapy and asks all of those burning questions you may have when you are just starting out. How does it work? How long will it take? Can they just “fix” me? Kirsty and Phil share what it’s like to have transitioned from having therapy to becoming a therapist, whilst Lorna shares why therapy is not mandatory for Chrysalis Courses students while they train with us. Have you had experiences of therapy, yourself? We hope you enjoy this discussion!
