How does a church look different when it focuses on being a family rather than a religious corporation? Often we find that serving in a church feels like work because churches have branded themselves like any other business or industry. However, when we look at church as a family, participation starts to look a lot different. Instead of supporting a position description or officer role, we are just helping out our brothers and sisters in Christ.
