Thanks for checking in with me, asking questions and providing feedback. In today's episode I answer your question: What is transition? I also give you a little background on my journey. 2020 disrupted me in such a way that I reconsidered almost every aspect of my life. I knew I needed to do something different, but I didn't know what or how to start. I didn't talk about my feelings, but I knew I needed change, that I needed to create my change and that I needed to stay changed. It can be demoralizing to know that you need something different but don't know where or how to start. I was there, and I met so many people who felt the same way. I decided to allow that disruption to be a starting place for creating my plan and in 2020, I founded Excellence in Empowerment with my sister.
Finally, I give you three ways to create a strategic plan for you.
Determine your need, focus or area of concern.
Create your specific goals based upon that need, focus or concern.
Develop steps to take to achieve that goal.
