I'm just getting starting on this podcast journey, so I appreciate you joining me. A little bit about me: 2020 disrupted me in such a way that I reconsidered almost every aspect of my life. I knew I needed to do something different, but I didn't know what or how to start. I didn't talk about my feelings, but I knew I needed change, that I needed to create my change and that I needed to stay changed. It can be demoralizing to know that you need something different but don't know where or how to start. I was there, and I met so many people who felt the same way. I decided to allow that disruption to be a starting place for creating my plan and in 2020, I founded Excellence in Empowerment with my sister.
