This inspiring episode stemmed from the story of how  Play-Doh was created. The company Kutol was about to go bankrupt when their biggest seller which was a wallpaper cleaner was about to be discontinued. One of the executive's sister-in-law discovered a new use  for the wallpaper compound in her classroom and brought this new idea to her brother in brother-in-law's attention. He changed one ingredient in the  compound and the once wallpaper cleaner now became the most popular toy!  The company’s misfortune was turned around all because of one slight change.
