This week, author and manager at Badger Meter, Bernie Osborne, ushers us into the world of servant leadership. Bernie defines servant leadership, gives advice for new leaders beginning their own practice, and shares his experiences in practicing servant leadership.  Through his experiences, he was inspired to write his first book Servant Leadership From the Middle. As a debut author, Bernie encountered surprises and challenges common to first-timers. He shares with us the many things learned about the editing process, marketing, and the importance of the author's relationship with the publisher.
