For today, with zero notice or preparation, I ended up doing a quick one-person monologue, off the cuff, from the heart, on how we can Find, yes, even CREATE more Certainty in our lives, even in the midst of today's looming UNcertainty, fears, rising costs, worries, and wars and rumors of war.

How do we Find and Develop greater Certainty in our lives and careers? What are the secrets? On today's show I share 3 lessons I've learned for how do exactly this. Ninon, who we'll try to have on again soon, and Frank Helring, my business partner at Certainty Global, and the host of The BizZne$$ BuzZ show here on VoiceAmerica, are both great examples of the principles I share in this show: 1. Hope and positive mindset, 2. Foresight and planning, and 3. Teamwork and collaboration.

Oh, by the way, at one point in the show I mention a book I love that illustrates part of Step # 2 that I shared, taking an inventory of where we're at --who we know, what we're good at, what our strengths are and what we like and want to do.
