In today’s episode, Steph sits down for a soul driven conversation with Patty Noodleman. You may recognize Patty’s voice today as she shares her career journey that started in radio, where she worked for more than 20 years as a morning radio personality in La Crosse, WI. While the work was fun, each year she looked forward to connecting with families and fundraising for Children's Miracle Network. It was that desire to help others that continued to pull at her heart, which led her on a journey of self-exploration with several career changes.
Yet, an abrupt job loss and struggles to find a new career path brought her to accepting what was initially a temporary role helping at the front desk at Naturally Unbridled Wellness in Onalaska, WI. It was pure luck and happenstance that Patty ended up landing there and she couldn’t be happier. In this episode, Patty shares her enjoyment of connecting with people to better understand and help serve their needs and just how magical working in the realm of body, mind, and spirit has been for her. She has a BA in Communications from Winona State University and recently completed the three-year program through the Franciscan Spirituality Center in La Crosse to become a certified Spiritual Director. It soon became obvious there was an opportunity to use her talents to help others in a deeper way at Naturally Unbridled Wellness, which emerged as “compassionate breakthroughs”.
This episode dives deep into hard topics Steph and Patti have both dealt with themselves and also help others to overcome. From identity and career changes to dealing with grief, loss, or significant life changes–we cover it all in today’s conversation. In Today’s episode, Steph brings her friend and fellow entrepreneur of Coaching with Kristen to share more about a topic we all struggle with–Self confidence! Kristen Odegaard shares with us in this episode how self confidence is more than feeling secure in your abilities and “how to” knowledge, but it’s the ability to feel any emotion, to trust yourself, and the willingness to go all-in, to show up, and to fail. We talk about how building self confidence internally is based on your thinking rather than your actions and how self confidence and mindset is often the missing piece to go after big goals and what will ultimately take you and your business to the next level. In this episode you’ll get a taste of what Kristen will be speaking on at our upcoming Sister Circle Summit Conference on April 28th where she’ll teach you how to increase your self confidence and manage your mind to help you navigate fear, rejection and doubt!
