Look back to look forward, 3 things to remember:

1. Faith (v.1-8) Jesus is Lord, so abide in him to be fruitful.

Family (v.5, 7) Jesus calls us his children, so love one another like family.

Food (v.9-14) Jesus offers us fellowship, so do likewise and be hospitable to others.
