I think this episode will always be special, not just for it being the first female featured episode; but because of the lessons I learnt from Emma. I wanted to do what I'm doing now (podcasting), mainly because of my love for stories. But Emma reminded me of the importance of listening. Being able to listen to what others have to say, and I guess, being someone people can talk to. How important listening is, is what I learnt. And I hope in the future I can practise and get better at listening. That was my lesson. If you have a listen to this episode, I bet you will walk away with something new, from Emma's story.
