MOMENTS TO DUCK AROUND

Nathan: Hesitancy with adding new suppliers

"If you’re talking to everybody, it’s like that’s unsustainable and so you have to have somebody in the middle. There’s really only so many people that you could have solid relationships with. And so, if you need to add a new supplier, there’s nobody else on the planet that can do it, fine. But, if you can avoid adding a new supplier, then your relationships do become more impactful.”

Nathan: People is how business is done

“Relationships matter because we are humans. Data is computers and robots and systems. Those are very important, but ultimately, it’s a people to people relationship.”
