This week we continued our conversation on bourbon tastings and barrel picks with Legacy’s Blue Note. A high proof single barrel of bourbon bottled exclusively for Legacy Wine and Spirits from Blue Note Bourbon out of Memphis, TN. We hit on the filtration process and tasting techniques. We talked about two local establishments: popular dive bar White Water Tavern, shout out former Legacy employee Mike Meza, and the trendy Ciao Baci. We discussed local events; namely Little Rocktober Fest, and how you can register for free tickets to this year’s Little Rocktober Fest on Thursdays at Legacy.
