When her interest in becoming a health coach became a conflict of interest with her job, Lauren Coburn saw it as the best opportunity to break away from the corporate world. If it wasn't for the pandemic, Lauren may have never left her job in medical sales. It created a shift in priorities for Lauren and she decided to dive into her entrepreneurial spirit and pursue her dreams.

Stepping away from her corporate career was a huge step for Lauren. When contemplating whether or not it was the right decision, Lauren asked herself what she would miss most from her job. She quickly realized she would miss the people the most and knew she could transfer that feeling to her coaching business.

Becoming a mom has shifted Lauren’s priorities when it comes to what is most important in life. After struggling with postpartum depression after having her daughter, Lauren wanted a natural and holistic way to make herself feel better and improve her overall health. After seeing family members struggle, she knew she wanted to heal from the inside out and find long term solutions to her struggles.

About Lauren Cobern

Lauren is a non-stop mom of 2 who found a passion for health and fitness during one of her darkest mom moments. She had to find a way to navigate the chaos of motherhood (and ditch the mom guilt!), find energy to be present with her family, and the ability to feel like herself again (yes to those pre-pregnancy skinny jeans!). She tried any and every natural and holistic approach that she could find in an attempt to proactively manage her mindset, her anxiety, lose those last stubborn pounds, and increase her ability to show up 100% for all the people she cares about.

The moment she finally found what worked for her and her lifestyle and had a concrete action plan (and actually took action on it — this was key) finally helped her to create a version of herself that she never knew existed all while finding balance and living her best life.
