About James
Ex tradesman turned developer, and now mortgage broker. I have been working in and around the property industry in some form since I left school in the mid nineties, I started out my career as a painter and decorator then retrained as a plumbing and heating engineer. I then decided to take the plunge and start doing my own projects around 2011, i have successfully completed various projects including light/heavy refurbs on single lets refurbs, large HMO conversions and also new build projects. I have always wanted to work in finance though and when the brokerage I use offered me the chance to do so I jumped at the opportunity. This is now where my focus and passion is.
