Giving effective feedback is a skill that everyone values in health care education yet one that is incredibly difficult to master. Some educators are shifting how we think about Feedback with a capital âFâ to a less loaded idea of feedback as a quick conversation in everyday practice to help learners recognize what they do well and where their growth edges are. In this episode, we learn how to take the fear out of feedback and instead think of it as a brief, focused, coaching conversation.
