As we evolve technology, work longer hours, go to gyms and yoga classes, sit in planes and electric cars our world improves, however, it comes at a cost, a human cost, the cost of separation from nature. People are different in nature, more generous, more compassionate, more inspired and more creative. They feel their own heartbeat and have clarity of mind. They know the seasons and feel the beauty and harmony. People are different in nature and I've translated the why into how.
How many of us leave the house in the morning with a spring in our step, a plan for the day, and a sense of purpose, only to come home exhausted, frustrated, and dragging a load of baggage behind us? I’ve seen it a thousand times—successful, driven professionals who give everything at the office and have nothing left to give when they step through the front door. They arrive home worn out, thinking they’re doing the noble thing by pushing through the fatigue for their family. But that’s not what families need.
“Your family needs the best version of you, not what’s left of you.”
This isn’t just about being more energetic or positive when you walk through the door. It’s about how you manage your day, your energy, and your mind so that you’re not a shadow of yourself by the time you’re home. It’s about recognizing that showing up at home in a good place isn’t just a “nice-to-have” for family time—it’s essential for your own mental and emotional well-being.
So, you’ve made it. A promotion! It’s a big leap from where you were—a bigger office, new responsibilities, a higher salary. But now, it’s like being dropped into the middle of the ocean with no clear land in sight. The pressure is high, expectations are even higher, and there’s a constant stream of demands pulling you in multiple directions.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many newly promoted executives face this whirlwind, quickly feeling overwhelmed by a sense of chaos. But there’s a way to navigate these waters without losing your sense of purpose or clarity. Here’s how to stay grounded and make the most of your new role.
Good morning, good afternoon, or wherever you are in the world. Today, I want to dive into a topic that is as universal as it gets: a happy family. I believe there’s one thing everyone wants in life, and that’s a happy, balanced family. But what exactly does that mean, and how do we get there?
You see, people have many different ways of trying to create a happy family. Some focus on making a lot of money to provide the best education for their kids or to fund amazing holidays. Others try to be strong, kind, loving, and present parents. But sometimes, these good intentions can lead us down complicated paths. Too often, the pursuit of a happy family involves frustration, manipulation, and even resentment.
Let’s dig deeper into this by understanding three powerful truths about family dynamics—and how to create a truly happy family.

In today’s world, there’s a constant push for us to be “positive,” “engaged,” and “empathetic.” But there’s a hidden trap in these single-sided values. When we only value one side—say, kindness—and reject its counterpart—firmness—we set ourselves up for failure, confusion, and even burnout. Because the truth is, life is balanced. Everything exists in pairs, in duality.
This isn’t just a philosophical concept; it’s nature’s law. And understanding this is key to healing, leading, and thriving.
Let’s explore how seeing both sides changes everything—from how we lead ourselves to how we interact with others, using the Walker Method’s three pillars: Heal, Lead, Thrive.
Welcome to today’s episode, where we’re diving into a topic that’s at the core of everything we do—our values. Now, you might have heard a lot of chatter about values before, but today, I want to dig deeper.
So, what are values? Well, they’re not just buzzwords or abstract ideals. Values are the real drivers behind your decisions, behaviors, and ultimately, your life’s direction. They shape your choices, define what you prioritize, and even determine how you spend your time and energy.
And here’s the thing—most of us have never consciously worked out what our true values are. We might think we know, but unless we really dig in and examine our daily lives, we could be living by values that aren’t even our own! And that’s where today’s session comes in.
So, my question for you is this: are you ready to embrace the transitions in your life? Whether it’s a career change or a personal challenge, don’t just survive it—use it as fuel for growth. The Walker Method can help you heal, lead, and thrive through any transition. Let’s work together to make sure you come out of this chapter stronger, more focused, and more energized than ever.
Thanks for tuning in today, and as always, if you feel like someone in your life could benefit from this message, please share this episode with them. And remember, the next transition in your life is just another opportunity to grow.
When you hear the word mojo, what comes to mind? Is it your energy? Your drive? Maybe it’s that magnetic spark that draws people to you, or the charisma that makes you unstoppable in your personal and professional life. For some, it's vitality. For others, it’s leadership. But no matter how you define it, mojo is the essence of what makes you feel alive, purposeful, and influential.
But what happens when you lose it? When the energy that once fueled your goals and ambitions starts to fade, leaving you feeling tired, uninspired, or even burnt out? Today, we’re diving deep into what mojo truly means and how the Walker Method can help you rebuild, protect, and amplify it.
Today, we’re diving deep into a topic that plays a huge role in both personal growth and leadership: feedback. More specifically, how we handle feedback—whether it’s given to us or requested from others—and how it shapes the way we show up in the world. I’m standing here at Ben Buckler, with the ocean crashing behind me. There’s something powerful about this spot—something timeless about how the ocean just keeps going, no matter the storms or the waves. It’s a lesson we can all apply to how we handle feedback.
Now, when people ask for feedback, what are they really asking for? Most of the time, it’s someone seeking validation or guidance on something they’ve done. But here’s the thing—when you give someone negative feedback, you’re putting yourself in a position that’s smaller than them. Full stop. Let me explain.

Healing a broken heart. It's the walk, a method for healing, a broken heart. I hope you enjoy this podcast. Welcome back to everyone, to the podcast today. We're diving deep into the topic that I know from personal experience is one of the most challenging. And yet one of the most important aspects of being a human. Healing a broken heart. Now, when we talk about heartbreak, we're not just talking about romantic relationships, although that's often where our minds go. Welcome to today's podcast, where we're going to be tackling a top topic that frankly, I believe needs a serious wake up call. Think about it. How can you lead others without first leading yourself? It's an appalling abuse of privilege. 📍
And yet we see it all the time. People in leadership positions think they can manage direct or control others without doing the hard work of growing themselves. Let me make this clear from the start. This is irrational, irresponsible, and ultimately unsustainable. Let's get into it. The myth of leadership without growth. Now for some reason, there are still leaders who believe that their title alone gives them the right to direct people. They think they can inspire guide or even command others without first working on themselves. They hold onto this myth. That that leadership is about telling others what to do while they themselves remain stagnant, fixed in their mindset, unwilling to evolve. Let me tell you. That's not leadership that's control and there's a huge difference. True leadership starts with growing yourself.
In today's world, the one constant is change. Whether we're navigating shifts in our careers, managing family dynamics, or pursuing personal growth, self-leadership is the key to thriving in all areas of life. In this video, I dive into the core principles of self-leadership and explore how mastering it can positively impact your ability to handle change, strengthen your family bonds, and lead yourself to personal fulfillment.
Welcome to Chris Walker Coaching: Self-Leadership, where we take you on a journey through the art of leading yourself first. With over 40 years of experience, Chris Walker brings you practical, grounded wisdom that taps into nature’s laws to help you thrive in all areas of life—work, home, and beyond. Whether it’s mastering change, unlocking your potential, or transforming family dynamics, each episode is packed with real-world strategies and the Walker Way of creating sustainable success. Get ready to shift your perspective and start living the life you were meant for.
Good morning, good afternoon, wherever you are today.
In this post, we're diving into a topic that might not always seem to connect directly with self-leadership: love. But not the mushy, romanticized version of love. Instead, we're talking about real love—the kind of love that powers your work, your relationships, and even how you lead yourself.
Love is a crucial part of self-leadership. Why? Because doing what you love and loving what you do is the key to happiness and success in both your work and your life. It's nature's way. Do what you love and love what you do. The key to happiness.
Let me hit you with a Walker-ism: Do what you love and love what you do. It sounds simple, but it's not always easy. We live in a world where many people feel stuck doing things they don't love, whether it's a job, a routine, or even their lifestyle. But here's the truth: through self-leadership, you can learn to love what you do, no matter what it is.
Self-leadership teaches you to connect with your purpose and turn the mundane into something meaningful.
The Role of Love in Self-Leadership
We hear the word “leadership” tossed around a lot these days. But here’s the truth: Real leadership starts with leading yourself first. Without self-leadership, you can’t effectively lead others. It’s the foundation on which trust, confidence, and strength are built. But here’s the kicker—if self-leadership only benefits you, it’s just narcissism. The true power of self-leadership comes when you use it to make a difference in the world around you—your team, your family, your community.
Today, we’re talking about something that’s a game-changer in family life: self-leadership and how it can dramatically improve your parenting.
Now, if you’re sitting there wondering how focusing on yourself could possibly make you a better parent, buckle up—because that’s exactly what we’re diving into today. Spoiler alert: It’s not just about your kids—it’s about you.
Buckle up because today, we’re getting real about family dynamics. If you’re a parent, listen closely, because nothing affects your kids more than your unlived life. Yep, that’s right. You thought parenting was about them? Nah. It’s about you.
Here’s the cold, hard truth: children are born to teach their parents love. The stuff you don’t love in yourself? That’s what you’re going to see in your kids, and trust me, it’s not going to be pretty until you deal with it. We breed, attract, or become what we don't love in ourselves. So, if you’re sitting there wondering why your kid is driving you nuts, it’s probably because they’re reflecting the part of you that you haven’t quite figured out yet.
Excellence is not a fixed destination but a dynamic balance that evolves as we grow. It’s not about rigidly adhering to ideals but embracing the wisdom to see both sides of every situation, finding harmony in the chaos. When we define excellence with this broader perspective, we liberate ourselves from the trap of unrealistic expectations. True excellence lies in the ability to see the beauty in both success and failure, in understanding that growth happens at the edge of order and chaos, and in living with the awareness that every experience has value.
Living a life of excellence is about aligning with the natural flow of life, where balance, change, and wisdom guide our decisions and actions. By embracing this approach, we not only elevate our personal standards but also create a life that is truly inspired, grounded in the reality of life’s dualities, and enriched by every moment we experience.
In this podcast episode, Chris Walker discusses the critical role of visualization in conscious leadership. He emphasises that before any action, we visualize it in our minds, which shapes our reality. Drawing from personal experiences and examples from sports, he illustrates how powerful visualization can be in overcoming fears and achieving success. Chris also introduces techniques like dream boards and mandalas to help individuals harness the power of their imagination, concluding that visualization is essential for taking control of one's life narrative and achieving inspired living.
Chris Walker explores the deep impact of living an unbalanced life, particularly for business leaders, and emphasises that true fulfillment comes from aligning personal and professional lives in harmony. He advocates for a nature-inspired approach to leadership, where inspiration from the natural world helps achieve this balance. Chris also highlights the importance of viewing challenges as opportunities for growth, using nature’s wisdom to guide personal and professional success. The ultimate goal is to live inspired, lead with purpose, and see every area of life flourish.
In this podcast episode, Chris Walker discusses the importance of living an inspired life and the role of reflection in personal growth. He emphasises that constantly striving for more can lead to dissatisfaction, while finding joy in the process of life is akin to winning a gold medal. Chris outlines a daily practice of reflecting on experiences by asking key questions to eliminate doubt and ensure continuous improvement. He shares personal insights on how reflection has helped him turn challenges into opportunities for growth, highlighting the significance of self-accountability for maintaining healthy relationships and overall well-being
Chris Walker introduces the first episode of the "Conscious Leadership - Level Four: Success" series, consisting of 84 podcasts that delve into the essence of success and inspired living. He emphasises the importance of igniting curiosity as a key to transforming daily life, turning challenges into opportunities, and finding joy in routine activities. Walker encourages listeners to adopt a "beginner's mind" approach, viewing every situation with fresh eyes and a sense of wonder, which he believes will lead to a more vibrant and inspired life. The episode concludes with a call to apply these principles in daily interactions and to share the journey with others.
In this preamble to an upcoming podcast, Chris Walker discusses the concept of personal power, emphasising that each individual is born with the innate power to choose, think, and act. He explores how people often give away this power due to a lack of awareness, feelings of unworthiness, or the desire for external validation. Chris warns against becoming a "puppet" to external influences, urging listeners to reclaim their power by maintaining clear vision, inspiration, and purpose, and by avoiding reactive behaviour that diminishes personal authority.
Chris Walker discusses the concept of being a "puppet," where individuals react to external stimuli—such as the opinions, criticisms, or expectations of others—rather than acting from their own intentions and purpose. He explains that this reactive behaviour is like having strings pulled by external forces, which prevents true autonomy and self-leadership. Chris emphasises the importance of cutting these strings by cultivating mindfulness and aligning actions with one's vision, inspiration, and purpose. He concludes by highlighting the freedom that comes from living intentionally rather than reacting to external triggers.
In this podcast, Chris Walker discusses level three of the consciousness cone, focusing on effort. He revisits levels one and two, which involve moving beyond anger, greed, and hate, and explains the subtle nature of effective leadership. Chris introduces the inner wealth process, which replaces negative emotions with vision, inspiration, and purpose, and describes the seven-step back-on-track process. The steps include balancing the mind, incorporating exercise, enhancing the environment, setting priorities, maintaining a VIP statement, practising positive self-talk, and celebrating results. He emphasizes mindfulness and the importance of calmness and self-control in leadership.
Chris Walker's latest podcast on SoundCloud, "The Foundations of Conscious Leadership," is a thought-provoking and practical guide to mastering self-leadership. Welcome to today's episode on conscious leadership with Chris Walker. We'll explore how true consciousness goes beyond environmental awareness, diving into foundational principles like avoiding anger, greed, and hate, and practising mindfulness. Discover the power of intent and how aligning it with conscious leadership can transform your life and leadership style. Let's get started on this enlightening journey!
The transcript outlines strategies for conscious leadership, focusing on the third level of the conscious pyramid. It emphasizes the importance of moving beyond anger, greed, and hate, and introduces the concept of "coach them up or coach them out." Leaders are encouraged to maintain their level of consciousness, lead with intent, and avoid seeking external validation. Personal reflection and preparation are essential for effective leadership, ensuring actions are driven by clear, purposeful intent.
Chris Walker begins by describing a cold, early morning at Ben Buckler, with a clear sky and a bustling beach. He reflects on his morning routine of relaxing with coffee and Instagram, seeking novel insights. Chris then discusses an interesting perspective on cholesterol and heart attacks, emphasizing hereditary factors and the role of insulin, rather than cholesterol, in heart health. He stresses the importance of maintaining consciousness by avoiding anger, greed, and hate, instead fostering kindness, generosity, compassion, and gratitude. Lastly, he highlights the significance of vision, inspiration, and purpose in leading a fulfilling life and the need for daily affirmations and mindfulness to achieve a higher state of consciousness.
In this podcast, Chris Walker discusses the importance of conscious leadership and moving from a "got-to" mentality to a "love-to" mindset. He explains the concept of holistic self-awareness across seven areas of life: spiritual, social, mental, health, financial, familial, and career. Chris emphasizes the significance of balancing these areas to avoid overemphasis on one at the expense of others. He highlights the role of perception in leadership, advocating for coaching employees to higher levels of consciousness. Lastly, he stresses the need for self-mastery and self-leadership to effectively lead others.
In this blog, Chris introduces the seven levels of conscious leadership, guiding individuals to build self-worth and manage energy without succumbing to anger, greed, and hate. As they progress through these levels, they achieve success through focused effort and manifestation, harnessing their power while maintaining emotional and mental stability. This journey leads to an awakening, recognising a greater power and their inner self, and ultimately culminates in humility. Conscious leadership involves being mindful and navigating real-world challenges while staying true to higher values and principles.
Chris discusses the second stage of conscious leadership awareness, emphasising that everything begins with a thought which leads to an action and ultimately a result that evokes feelings. He warns against prematurely associating thoughts with feelings, bypassing actions and results. Instead, Chris advocates for a belief-first approach, where self-worth is built by prioritising and acting on one's highest priorities, encapsulated in Walker's Law: "Please yourself first and piss others off or please others and piss yourself off." He underscores the importance of nurturing one's soul and maintaining context for feelings.
"I’m not here to sugarcoat it. There’s an opportunity to live a magical and spiritually driven life, and that’s what I share. I help lay track and inspire people to be creative and open, and I encourage the world to get connected through nature. I help communities, businesses, and individuals put heart and soul into business and personal life. There’s no such thing as a half-hearted success story, and the enemy of heart and soul is stress and the blues. I help people in settings such as mentoring, coaching, Himalayan retreats, speaking, training, facilitation and books. It’s my commitment." my background needs to demonstrate a lifelong commitment to improving humans through nature.
In this transcript, Chris discusses the importance of leading with heart and managing transitions effectively. He emphasises the need to balance thoughts to reduce stress, engage fully in transitions, and maintain a positive attitude towards challenges. Chris highlights that leadership involves creating a compassionate and growth-oriented work environment and that success in business, sport, and life is interconnected. He concludes by stressing the significance of living one's legacy, having a clear vision and purpose, and adopting a no-blame self-leadership approach to achieve substantial improvements in business and personal performance.

In the realm of leadership, the desire to excel is not selfish; it's an aspiration shared by many. Whether leading a team, a business, or a family, the essence of great leadership lies in understanding the delicate balance between self-interest and the interests of those being led. Through my experiences, particularly trekking in the Himalayas, I've encountered invaluable lessons in leadership dynamics and the importance of aligning personal goals with collective objectives.
Defining Great Leadership:Great leadership transcends contexts; it can manifest in parenting, business, sports, or community endeavors. However, the essence remains consistent: to guide others towards a shared vision of improvement and success. Yet, while the desire for personal fulfillment is natural, it must harmonize with the needs and aspirations of the group.

In my professional coaching sessions and corporate training workshops, I integrate the principles outlined in the article to empower individuals and teams to unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. Here's how I incorporate these skills into my coaching and training approach:
1. Cultivating Inspiration:I start by helping participants recognize and tap into their innate capacity for inspiration. Through guided exercises and reflective discussions, I encourage them to identify moments in their lives when they have experienced a state of awe or creativity. By cultivating an awareness of these moments, individuals gain insight into their unique sources of inspiration and learn how to access this state more consistently.
2. Silencing Inner and Outer Voices:Central to my coaching approach is creating a space for individuals to quiet their inner and outer voices, allowing them to connect more deeply with their intuition and creativity. Through mindfulness practices, visualization techniques, and active listening, I support participants in quieting their internal dialogue and letting go of external distractions. This cultivates a sense of presence and clarity, enabling individuals to access their inner wisdom and make decisions aligned with their values and aspirations.
3. Environmental Sensitivity:I emphasize the importance of creating environments that foster creativity, focus, and well-being. In my coaching sessions and workshops, I guide participants in assessing their physical surroundings and identifying ways to optimize their workspace for productivity and inspiration. Whether it's decluttering their desk, incorporating elements of nature into their environment, or setting boundaries to minimize distractions, I empower individuals to design spaces that support their goals and enhance their overall sense of well-being.
4. Mastering Priorities:A key focus of my coaching sessions and workshops is helping individuals clarify their priorities and align their actions with their values and aspirations. Through structured exercises and facilitated discussions, I guide participants in identifying their core values, setting meaningful goals, and developing actionable plans to achieve them. I also provide tools and strategies for managing competing demands, overcoming obstacles, and staying focused on what matters most.
Application in Corporate Settings:In corporate training workshops, I tailor these principles to address specific challenges and objectives within the organization. Whether it's enhancing team collaboration, fostering innovation, or improving leadership effectiveness, I design customized programs that equip participants with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in today's fast-paced business environment. By integrating experiential learning activities, real-life case studies, and interactive discussions, I create dynamic and engaging learning experiences that inspire individuals to unleash their full potential and drive meaningful change within their organizations.
Overall, my coaching sessions and corporate training workshops are designed to empower individuals and teams to cultivate inspiration, silence inner and outer voices, create supportive environments, and master their priorities. By integrating these skills into their daily lives and work practices, participants are equipped to overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and create a life and career that aligns with their true purpose and aspirations.

Why are we drawn to explore the universal laws that govern our existence? This question is fundamental to our quest for understanding and fulfillment. In my journey of exploration and introspection, I've come to realize that every aspect of human society, from religious doctrines to societal norms, is intricately intertwined with one common thread: fear. It is this fear, this apprehension of the unknown and the uncertain, that shapes our moral compass, our ethical principles, and even our religious beliefs.
The Origin of Fear:
Every rule, every doctrine, every commandment stems from a place of fear – fear of loss, fear of pain, fear of abandonment. Whether it's the teachings of organized religion or the unspoken rules of corporate culture, fear permeates every aspect of our lives. It dictates our actions, influences our decisions, and ultimately molds our perception of right and wrong.
The Power of Fear:
But fear does more than just govern our behavior; it also serves as a tool of manipulation and control. In many instances, fear is deliberately cultivated to maintain power and authority. Whether it's the fear of losing one's job or the fear of social rejection, these hidden rules wield a profound influence over our lives, often shaping our destinies without us even realizing it.
The Illusion of Righteousness:
Yet, for all its influence, fear ultimately leads us down a path of disillusionment. Despite our best efforts to adhere to societal norms and religious doctrines, we often find ourselves no closer to true fulfillment. Whether we embrace Buddhism or Catholicism, the end result is invariably the same – a sense of righteousness that rings hollow in the face of reality.
The Benefits of Community:
Despite its shortcomings, religion and societal norms offer one undeniable benefit – a sense of community. By joining together with like-minded individuals, we find support, camaraderie, and a shared sense of purpose. However, this sense of belonging comes at a cost – the relinquishing of our individual autonomy and critical thinking.
The Quest for Balance:
As humans, we possess an innate desire for simplicity, for one-sided narratives that neatly align with our preconceived notions. Yet, the universe operates on a principle of balance, of duality. While our free will may lead us to seek out one-sided stories, the universal laws of nature remind us that true understanding lies in embracing the complexity of existence.
The Search for Purpose:
In our pursuit of meaning and fulfillment, we inevitably confront a fundamental question – what drives us forward if not the pursuit of pleasure and the avoidance of pain? It is here, in this moment of introspection, that we encounter the concept of purpose – a guiding force that transcends individual desires and ambitions.
Embracing a Greater Purpose:
As we navigate the complexities of life, we must recognize that true fulfillment lies not in the pursuit of fleeting pleasures, but in the pursuit of a purpose greater than ourselves. By embracing the universal laws that govern our existence, we can find solace in the knowledge that our lives are part of a larger tapestry, each thread woven with intention and purpose.
Conclusion:
In the end, our journey towards understanding the universal laws of nature is not merely an intellectual pursuit, but a deeply personal and transformative experience. It is a journey that challenges us to confront our fears, embrace our complexities, and ultimately find meaning in a world fraught with uncertainty. As we continue on this journey together, let us remember that true fulfillment lies not in the pursuit of perfection, but in the acceptance of our inherent imperfections.

Introduction: Understanding the Nature of Mind Noise
In our quest for clarity and focus, we often find ourselves grappling with what psychologists term as "mind noise." This cacophony of worry, introspection, anger, and confusion can hinder our ability to manifest our goals effectively. However, beneath the surface of this mental turmoil lies the potential for laser beam focus – a state where thoughts are directed with precision towards desired outcomes. In this discourse, we explore the dynamics of mind noise and unveil strategies to harness its energy towards productive ends.
The Nature of Mind Noise: A Constant Mental Buzz
As human beings, our minds are incessantly active, generating a continuous stream of thoughts. While some of these thoughts propel us towards our aspirations, others lead us into the labyrinth of mind noise. Mind noise manifests when our thoughts become fragmented, wandering from one idea to another without purpose or direction. This state often gives rise to feelings of confusion, frustration, and uncertainty, signaling an imbalance in our mental landscape.
Transforming Confusion into Clarity: The Power of Laser Beam Focus
At its core, mind noise represents diffused thinking, akin to scattering energy across a wide spectrum. Conversely, laser beam focus embodies concentrated mental energy, directed towards a specific goal or outcome. The key challenge lies in transitioning from the former to the latter – from confusion to clarity, from uncertainty to conviction.
Strategies for Cultivating Laser Beam Focus
Conclusion: Embracing the Journey Towards Clarity
In the pursuit of laser beam focus, mastering mind noise is both an art and a science. By cultivating awareness of our thought patterns and employing strategic interventions, we can gradually silence the mental chatter and steer our minds towards clarity and purpose. Remember, the path to mastery may be riddled with challenges, but with patience, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace ambivalence, we can transcend mind noise and unlock our true potential.

Introduction
In the intricate web of family dynamics, few factors weigh as heavily on a child's emotional development as the fulfillment, or lack thereof, in their parents' lives. In this insightful discourse, we delve into the profound implications of parental inspiration and purpose on the growth and well-being of children. Chris, our guide in this exploration, illuminates the crucial role of living authentically and pursuing personal vision in nurturing resilient and fulfilled families.
The Unlived Life of the Parent: A Catalyst for Child's Challenges
Chris begins by articulating a fundamental truth: nothing affects a child more profoundly than witnessing their parent lead an uninspired existence. He astutely observes that many challenges faced by children, ranging from eating disorders to behavioral issues, can often be traced back to parents who have deferred their own dreams and aspirations. Through living vicariously through their children, these parents inadvertently pass on a legacy of unfulfilled potential, perpetuating a cycle of emotional discord.
The Seduction of Vicarious Living
In a world rife with complexities and uncertainties, it's all too easy for parents to succumb to the allure of investing solely in their children's aspirations. Chris highlights the seductive nature of this approach, wherein the immediacy of parental duties eclipses the pursuit of personal fulfillment. Yet, he admonishes that such a path ultimately leads to the detriment of both parent and child, as the unresolved yearnings of the former reverberate through the latter's struggles.
Priorities and Purpose: The Path to Authentic Parenthood
Central to Chris's message is the imperative for parents to reclaim their agency and embrace a life of purpose and vision. He advocates for the cultivation of individual aspirations, emphasizing that true fulfillment lies not in sacrificing one's dreams for familial obligations but in aligning personal goals with parental responsibilities. Through disciplined prioritization and a steadfast commitment to self-realization, parents can chart a course that empowers both themselves and their children.
Navigating the Challenges of Parenthood
Chris acknowledges the inherent challenges of parenthood, recognizing that the journey toward self-actualization may entail hardships and sacrifices. However, he posits that these tribulations are a necessary crucible for personal growth, instilling resilience and fortitude in both parent and child. By fostering an environment where authenticity reigns supreme, parents can equip their children with the tools necessary to navigate life's myriad obstacles with grace and resilience.
Conclusion: Embracing the Hard Road of Authentic Living
In bidding farewell, Chris leaves us with a poignant reminder: the path to authentic living is fraught with challenges, yet it is also replete with opportunities for profound transformation. By embracing their unique journey and reframing their perceptions of success, parents can catalyze a ripple effect of empowerment and fulfillment that reverberates through generations. As we navigate the complexities of familial relationships, let us heed Chris's wisdom and embark on the hard road of authentic living, knowing that therein lies the true essence of parenthood.
With gratitude and inspiration,Chris

Introduction
In my quest for personal and professional fulfillment, I've come to realize the profound distinction between motivation and inspiration. Recently, I engaged in a thought-provoking conversation where I delved deep into this concept, uncovering its transformative potential in shaping our approach to life and work. Join me as I reflect on this enlightening dialogue and share my insights on moving from a reactive state to one driven by intentional action.
Discovering the Essence of Motivation vs. Inspiration
As I pondered the nuances between motivation and inspiration, a fundamental truth emerged. While motivation often relies on external stimuli to elicit responses, inspiration ignites a proactive engagement with our goals and aspirations. It became clear to me that relying solely on external rewards or incentives to drive our actions can lead to a superficial and fleeting sense of fulfillment.
Navigating the Pitfalls of External Motivation
Drawing from personal experiences and observations, I recognized the pervasive influence of external motivators in our daily lives. Whether it's the promise of monetary gain, societal validation, or material rewards, these carrots often tempt us into compliance, steering us away from authentic expression and self-discovery. However, I've come to understand the inherent limitations of this approach, particularly in managing expectations and fostering genuine trust and fulfillment.
Empowering Myself through Self-Direction
In my journey towards empowerment, I've embraced a paradigm shift towards self-directed inspiration. By cultivating a deep understanding of reality and aligning with my intrinsic vision and purpose, I've reclaimed agency over my choices and aspirations. Rather than being swayed by external pressures or societal norms, I've learned to trust my inner compass and chart a course that resonates with my authentic self.
The VIP Process: Cultivating Personal Accountability
Central to my transformative journey has been the adoption of the VIP (Vision, Inspiration, Purpose) process—a daily practice of self-assessment and accountability across various life domains. This empowering ritual has allowed me to transcend the need for external validation or motivation, as I take ownership of my growth and progress. By proactively aligning my actions with my values and aspirations, I've cultivated a profound sense of purpose and fulfillment in all aspects of my life.
Conclusion: Embracing Empowerment in Action
As I conclude this introspective journey, I am reminded of the power inherent in embracing empowerment in action. No longer do I seek external validation or motivation to fuel my endeavors. Instead, I embody inspiration from within, driven by a deep sense of purpose and self-awareness. Work, once perceived as a means to an end, has become a platform for personal growth, contribution, and authentic expression.
Closing Thoughts
My journey from motivation to inspiration has been nothing short of transformative. Through introspection, self-discovery, and a commitment to personal accountability, I've unlocked a reservoir of inner strength and resilience. As I continue to navigate life's complexities, I do so with clarity, purpose, and unwavering resolve. May my reflections serve as a beacon of inspiration for those on a similar path, guiding them towards a life fueled by passion, authenticity, and profound self-discovery.

Unlocking the Power of Vision: What Would You Do if You Had 24 Hours to Live?
In the realm of personal development, few inquiries carry as much weight as contemplating what you would do if you had only 24 hours left to live. Envisioning a scenario where all limitations vanish, where time is an afterthought, prompts a profound exploration of one's desires and aspirations. This introspection delves into the essence of existence, inviting individuals to confront their deepest motivations and priorities.
Imagine a world where Mount Everest beckons, where bungee jumps defy gravity, and where acts of kindness reshape destinies. This is the world posed by the question: If you had 24 hours to live, what would you do? It's a question that has echoed through countless retreats, challenging participants to confront the breadth of their dreams and aspirations.
Some responses are poignant in their simplicity, expressing a desire for heartfelt connections and expressions of love. Yet, beneath the surface lies a subtle warning: a life devoid of passion and purpose may inadvertently lead to a slow demise. Dr. Paul Bragg, in his seminal work The Miracle of Fasting, delineates the concept of slow suicide—a gradual erosion of vitality fueled by unhealthy habits and unfulfilled dreams.
The antidote to slow suicide lies not merely in dietary adjustments but in a profound reimagining of one's life purpose. It's about transcending the mundane and embracing a vision that ignites the soul. A vision that encompasses not just the present moment but the tapestry of one's past and the canvas of future possibilities.
The question becomes a catalyst for crafting a personal vision board—a vivid tableau of dreams waiting to be realized. It's about infusing every moment with significance, recognizing that the last 24 hours can commence at any time. This awareness underscores the urgency of living authentically, of pursuing passions with unwavering determination.
To embark on this journey of self-discovery, one must unleash the full force of imagination. It's about daring to dream without restraint, to envisage a life imbued with meaning and purpose. Whether it's belting out a final melody on stage or penning the last chapter of a life's story, the possibilities are as boundless as the imagination itself.
This exercise is akin to a vision quest—a sacred journey of self-exploration and transformation. Armed with pen and paper, individuals are encouraged to unleash their innermost desires, to let their fantasies take flight. For those who find themselves struggling to fill the page, it may be a wake-up call—a signal to seek guidance and rediscover the richness of their existence.
In bidding farewell, we are reminded of the preciousness of life and the imperative to live it fully. Each moment is an opportunity to embrace the grandeur of existence, to pursue dreams with unwavering resolve. So, as we ponder the question of what we would do if we had 24 hours to live, let us do so with hearts full of hope and minds ablaze with possibility.
Bye for now.

Introduction:Relationships are complex tapestries woven from the threads of love, commitment, and shared experiences. However, maintaining a healthy and sustainable connection requires more than just merging into a singular entity. In this discourse, we delve into the delicate balance between independence and togetherness, guided by the profound wisdom of Nature's Universal Laws.
Understanding the Vesica Pisces:In the realm of relationships, the notion of two individuals becoming one is a common romantic ideal. Yet, as we explore the principles of the Vesica Pisces, we uncover a deeper truth. A truly thriving relationship isn't about complete assimilation but rather a harmonious overlap of lives. Imagine two circles, each representing a person's seven areas of life - spiritual, mental, social, career, financial, health, and relationship. When these circles intersect, they share 33 and a third percent of their existence while maintaining 66 percent independence.
The Pitfalls of Work Creeping into Relationships:Over time, the dynamics of relationships can shift. External factors like work stress or mundane routines can encroach upon the sacred space of intimacy. When one partner brings home the burdens of work, the balance of overlap in the relationship circle is disrupted. This intrusion often manifests as diminished intimacy, increased criticism, and a sense of emotional detachment.
Preserving Sacred Spaces:To nurture a lasting bond, it's essential to safeguard the sanctity of the relationship circle. This means leaving work-related baggage at the door and presenting oneself fully present and available for connection. It requires a conscious effort to address work issues outside the home, ensuring that personal challenges don't overshadow the relationship's vitality.
The Role of Coaching in Relationship Wellness:Seeking guidance from a coach can be instrumental in maintaining this delicate equilibrium. A skilled coach helps individuals navigate the complexities of their seven life areas, enabling them to show up fully in their relationships. By clarifying goals, managing finances, and fostering personal growth, coaching liberates partners to engage authentically with each other.
Navigating Parenthood and External Pressures:The arrival of children introduces additional layers of complexity to the relationship dynamic. Financial concerns, time constraints, and divergent priorities can strain even the strongest bonds. However, by consciously allocating responsibilities and fostering open communication, couples can weather these storms with resilience.
The Ramifications of Neglect:When one partner neglects their role in nurturing the relationship, the repercussions can be profound. Emotional voids left unfilled may lead to seeking solace elsewhere, often resulting in the devastation of infidelity. It's a sobering reminder that the onus lies on both partners to cultivate and cherish the connection they share.
Conclusion:In the intricate dance of relationships, maintaining equilibrium between independence and togetherness is paramount. By honoring the principles of the Vesica Pisces and prioritizing the sanctity of shared space, couples can cultivate relationships that endure the tests of time.

1. Mental Growth: Balancing Judgement with Emotional Shower
The journey of personal growth begins with nurturing our minds. Within the Power Hour framework, mental growth involves examining our judgments and balancing them out with emotional clarity. By cultivating awareness of our thoughts and emotions, we can foster a more balanced perspective on life's challenges.

Our physical well-being is intricately linked to our cellular health. Instead of solely focusing on external appearances, we should prioritize nurturing our cells through gratitude and conscious living. By recognizing the profound impact of cellular health on our overall vitality, we empower ourselves to make healthier lifestyle choices.
3. Environmental Health: Creating Inspirational Spaces
Our surroundings play a crucial role in shaping our experiences and mindset. Environmental health within the Power Hour entails creating spaces that reflect our aspirations and values. Whether it's tidying up our living environment or fostering positive communication, every aspect contributes to building an inspiring atmosphere conducive to personal growth.

In the upcoming sessions, I'll guide you through a process to refine your value set, facilitating a deeper understanding of your priorities. By aligning our actions with our core values, we pave the way for a more fulfilling and authentic existence.
5. Vision, Inspiration, Purpose: Cultivating Joy and Purpose
The fifth component of the Power Hour revolves around cultivating a vision, inspiration, and purpose in life. By embracing joy, happiness, and a sense of purpose, we tap into a reservoir of enthusiasm and vitality that propels us forward. This deep-seated motivation fuels our resilience and empowers us to embrace life's challenges with gusto.
6. Self-Talk: Harnessing the Power of Inner Dialogue
The way we speak to ourselves profoundly impacts our self-perception and overall well-being. Self-talk, the final component of the Power Hour, involves cultivating a positive inner dialogue grounded in realistic expectations. By aligning our self-talk with the laws of nature and embracing realistic expectations, we foster a mindset conducive to long-term happiness and fulfillment.
Incorporating these principles into our daily lives can significantly enhance our well-being and personal growth journey. To deepen your understanding and experience of the Power Hour, here are three exercises you can practice in nature:
1. Gratitude Walk: Take a leisurely stroll in nature while consciously expressing gratitude for the beauty and abundance surrounding you. Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations, and reflect on the blessings in your life.
2. Vision Board Creation: Find a peaceful spot in nature and create a vision board that represents your aspirations and goals. Use images, words, and symbols to visually manifest your dreams and desires, infusing them with the energy of the natural world.
3. Reflective Journaling: Sit quietly in a natural setting and engage in reflective journaling. Write about your values, dreams, and innermost thoughts, allowing the serenity of nature to inspire profound insights and self-discovery.
By incorporating these exercises into your routine, you can deepen your connection with nature and harness its transformative power to enrich your personal growth journey.
Wishing you a fulfilling and empowered day ahead!
Warm regards,Chris

Then, gradually expand your awareness to encompass the interconnectedness of all beings and the vastness of the universe. As you cultivate a sense of gratitude, let joy permeate your being, infusing every cell with appreciation and contentment.
2. Joyful Awareness Practice
Throughout your day, practice cultivating joyful awareness in every moment. Unlocking Success: Understanding the Price We Pay
Introduction: Defining Success
As I welcome you to this episode, I want to dive deep into the concept of success. It's a word that resonates differently with each of us, yet it holds a universal allure. I'm Chris, and today, I want us to explore the multifaceted nature of success, the sacrifices it demands, and the importance of striking a balance in our pursuit of it.
The Price of Success: A Personal Reflection
Success, in its various forms, permeates every aspect of our lives—spiritual, mental, physical, social, and financial. However, success can quickly morph into a double-edged sword when we pursue it at the expense of other essential elements of our existence.
In my own journey, I've experienced the bitter taste of success that comes with a hefty price tag. Winning accolades in rowing cost me a marriage, globe-trotting for business strained my health, and achieving business milestones sometimes compromised my integrity.
Navigating the Trade-offs
When we set our sights on success, we must be mindful of the trade-offs involved. It's akin to making a deal with the universe—we must be crystal clear about what we're willing to sacrifice and what we refuse to compromise.
I vividly recall a pivotal moment in my life when I declared my desire for spiritual enrichment. Little did I anticipate the profound upheaval that followed. Material possessions, relationships, and even my sense of self were stripped away, leaving behind a bare yet enriched spirit.
The Myth of a Free Lunch
In the pursuit of success, there's a fundamental truth we must embrace—there's no such thing as a free lunch. Every stride toward success demands a payment, whether in the form of time, energy, relationships, or personal comfort.
We often find ourselves juggling competing priorities, sacrificing leisure time or social engagements for the sake of our ambitions. Yet, if our pursuits align with our passions, the sacrifices feel less like losses and more like investments in our growth.
Embracing Boredom: A Counterintuitive Approach
Success, paradoxically, becomes an antidote to the monotony of life. We fear boredom, yet it's an essential aspect of the human experience. Boredom serves as the canvas upon which we paint our moments of exhilaration and fulfillment.
While our ambitions may lead us to excel in one domain, we mustn't neglect the other facets of our lives. Striking a balance ensures that we don't become hostages to our own success, sacrificing the richness of human experience at its altar.
The Holistic Paradigm of Success
True success transcends material gains; it encompasses the harmony of mind, body, and spirit. We must redefine success not merely as achievements in one area but as a holistic alignment with our purpose and values.
As we chart our course toward success, let us delineate our boundaries, acknowledging what we're willing to relinquish and what we hold sacred. Success, when pursued with clarity and integrity, becomes a beacon guiding us toward our highest potential.
Conclusion: Honouring the Soul's Purpose
In parting, I urge you to heed the call of your soul's purpose. Success is not a one-size-fits-all endeavour; it's a bespoke journey tailored to our deepest aspirations. Let us embark on this odyssey with courage, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to honouring our soul's calling.
This is Chris, bidding you farewell. May your path be illuminated by the radiance of your dreams. Until next time, stay inspired.
Bye for now.

Introduction:
In the quest for personal and professional development, amidst the pressures and demands of modern life, one word stands out as the ultimate objective: happiness. Yet, amidst our pursuits of success, wealth, and achievement, we often lose sight of this fundamental goal. In this discussion, I delve into the multifaceted nature of happiness, exploring its significance in various aspects of life and offering insights into how we can cultivate a deeper and more enduring sense of fulfillment.
The Essence of Happiness:
Happiness, in its purest form, is not merely the absence of sadness or pain but encompasses a state of contentment, fulfillment, and joy. It is the celebration of life's moments, both highs and lows, and the acceptance of their transient nature. To truly embrace happiness, one must acknowledge and be at peace with the inevitable presence of unhappiness. This paradoxical notion challenges conventional beliefs but opens the door to a more profound understanding of human experience.
The Role of Happiness in Different Domains:
In various spheres of life, happiness plays a pivotal role, influencing outcomes and shaping our experiences. In the workplace, happy individuals are not only more engaged but also more productive, fostering a positive organizational culture. In relationships, happiness forms the foundation for meaningful connections, nurturing bonds of love and companionship. Moreover, in matters of health, happiness is not merely a fleeting emotion but a vital determinant of overall well-being, with numerous studies linking it to longevity and resilience.
Redefining Happiness:
Traditional notions of happiness often revolve around fleeting pleasures and external achievements. However, a deeper exploration reveals that true happiness transcends these temporary highs, encompassing a state of inner contentment and gratitude. Drawing from my own experiences studying Zen meditation, I discovered that happiness lies not in external validation or material success but in the simple act of being present and finding fulfillment in each moment.
Navigating the Complexity of Happiness:
As we navigate the complexities of happiness, it is essential to distinguish between its various forms and their underlying motivations. Psychological happiness, driven by external validations and pleasure-seeking behaviors, offers fleeting satisfaction but often leaves us craving more. Similarly, physiological happiness, rooted in the absence of pain and discomfort, provides temporary relief but fails to address deeper existential questions.
Embracing Spiritual Happiness:
At the pinnacle of the happiness spectrum lies spiritual happiness, which transcends the limitations of the mind and body, offering a profound sense of peace and interconnectedness. By aligning our expectations with the laws of nature and embracing the abundance of the present moment, we can cultivate a more sustainable and resilient form of happiness. This shift from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance enables us to find joy in the simple pleasures of life and navigate its challenges with grace and resilience.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, happiness is not merely a destination to be reached but a journey to be embraced. By redefining our understanding of happiness and embracing its spiritual dimensions, we can unlock a deeper sense of fulfillment and meaning in our lives. As we strive to cultivate happiness within ourselves, let us also extend compassion and kindness to others, spreading the joy of living in harmony with nature's universal laws.
Wishing you all a day filled with happiness and fulfillment.

Unlocking the Power of Magnetism in Our Universe
Introduction:
Let's take a moment to delve into the realm of metaphysics, to explore the intricate web of energies that surround us. You may not realize it, but every object, from the smallest apple to the mightiest mountain, exudes its own magnetic field, pulsating with unseen energy. Ingesting an apple means absorbing its energy, a concept that intertwines our existence with the very fabric of the universe.
The Cosmic Connection:
Consider the food we consume daily, most of which derives its energy directly from the sun's rays. When a cow grazes on grass, it absorbs the energy within, passing it on to us when we consume its meat. However, the quality of this energy varies; animals raised on synthetic diets imbibe artificial energy, altering the natural flow of magnetism within our bodies.
The Galactic Dance:
Zoom out further, beyond our earthly concerns, to the vast expanse of our galaxy. Our solar system, a mere speck within the Milky Way, orbits around a central axis, forming a magnetic field that guides our cosmic journey. Yet, this axis isn't vertical, prompting speculation about the forces at play within our celestial neighborhood.
Time and Rotation:
Our galaxy spins at an astounding pace, its outer reaches nearing the speed of light. This rotational dance dictates time on a grand scale, with one galactic rotation encompassing the birth of our planet. Contrary to literal interpretations, the creation of Earth unfolds over eons, shaped by cataclysmic events and cosmic forces beyond our comprehension.
The Pyramid of Universal Principles:
Imagine a pyramid, its base stretching far and wide as we oscillate between polarities of emotion and experience. Climbing towards its apex, we transcend these fluctuations, tapping into the reservoir of energy stored at the core. Emotions, though potent, often drain us, blurring our clarity and sapping our vitality.
Navigating the Pyramid:
As we ascend the pyramid, our perspective shifts from compulsion to choice, from need to desire, until we reach the pinnacle of unconditional love. Here, love transcends attachment, an eternal flame that illuminates even the darkest corners of our souls. Mastery of thought allows us to navigate this pyramid with precision, conserving energy and attaining higher states of consciousness.
The Leaf and the Root:
Analogous to the tree's leaf and root, our existence oscillates between the ephemeral and the enduring. Just as the leaf seeks the sun's embrace, our aspirations soar towards the heavens, while our roots anchor us to the earth, providing stability and nourishment. Balancing these dualities is key to unleashing our full potential.
Conclusion:
As we ponder the mysteries of the universe, let us remember our interconnectedness with all things. Through mindful contemplation and deliberate action, we can harness the power of magnetism to elevate our consciousness and transform our lives. So, as you go about your day, consider the subtle energies that permeate every aspect of existence, guiding us on our journey through the cosmos.

Finding Purpose and Vision: A Journey through Nature
As an executive and personal coach, I've had the privilege of guiding individuals through their darkest moments, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of losing sight of one's vision. In this blog post, I delve into the intricate relationship between vision, purpose, and our connection to nature, drawing from personal experiences and observations.
In moments of emotional distress, it's not uncommon for individuals to reach out for guidance, often grappling with a loss of vision. Whether they've abandoned their aspirations, achieved them, or never established them in the first place, the absence of a compelling vision can leave one adrift in a sea of uncertainty. This realization, while profound, underscores the inherent human inclination to look towards the future for inspiration and direction.
Reflecting on the human condition, it becomes evident that our very existence is tethered to the pursuit of future outcomes. Each action we take, consciously or unconsciously, is motivated by a desire to shape tomorrow's reality. While proponents of mindfulness advocate for living in the present moment, it's essential to acknowledge that our inherent nature propels us towards envisioning and manifesting future possibilities.
Contrary to popular rhetoric advocating for living exclusively in the present moment, I contend that embracing a vision of the future is pivotal to our happiness and well-being. Personally, I've embarked on ambitious expeditions, investing significant resources and energy into realizing grandiose aspirations. However, it wasn't until I confronted the misalignment between my goals and authentic desires that I experienced true liberation.
My transformative journey into the heart of the Himalayas serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of aligning our actions with our intrinsic vision. Despite meticulously planning a high-stakes expedition, I found myself paralyzed by the realization that I was merely emulating someone else's journey. It was a humbling experience, one that shattered my ego and compelled me to reassess my priorities.
In our relentless pursuit of success and fulfillment, it's easy to overlook the profound wisdom that nature imparts. Throughout history, visionaries like Buddha and Jesus found solace and clarity in the tranquility of natural surroundings. Today, amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life, reconnecting with nature emerges as a potent antidote to lost vision and existential despair.
As we navigate life's tumultuous terrain, we must carve out moments of introspection and communion with nature. Whether it's a leisurely stroll in the park or a challenging trek through rugged landscapes, immersing ourselves in the splendor of the natural world awakens dormant visions and ignites our sense of purpose. By embracing the power of future vision and anchoring ourselves in the present moment, we can chart a course towards fulfillment and inner harmony.
In conclusion, let us heed the call to reconnect with nature, rediscover our vision, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. For it is in the embrace of nature's majesty that we find solace, inspiration, and the courage to pursue our most audacious dreams.

Streamlining Life with Organized Processes
Continuing from our previous discussion on the importance of understanding values, let's delve into the practical aspect of implementing systematic processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our lives.
Systematizing tasks is akin to transforming chaos into order. By organizing repetitive tasks into structured systems, we streamline our workflow and reduce the time and effort required for completion. This applies not only to work-related responsibilities but also to everyday chores and commitments.
The process of organizing tasks is just the first step. The subsequent phases—supervision and deputization—are equally vital. Once a system is established, it's essential to train others or delegate tasks to ensure continuity and efficiency. Supervising the execution of these tasks ensures that they are performed effectively and identifies any areas for improvement. Ultimately, successful delegation enables us to focus on higher-priority activities and fosters growth both personally and professionally.
A key aspect of effective task management is aligning each task with our values. This principle of "link it or sync it" ensures that every action resonates with our intrinsic or extrinsic values. By infusing purpose into our daily tasks, we cultivate a sense of fulfillment and motivation, driving us towards our goals with clarity and conviction.
The Madonna process offers a simple yet powerful technique for reframing our approach to daily tasks. By associating each activity with a value or aspiration, we transform our perception of mundane tasks into meaningful endeavors. This shift in perspective not only enhances our productivity but also imbues our day with purpose and excitement.
As we reflect on our day, the Arnie process—total recall—empowers us to recognize the moments that align with our values and aspirations. By revisiting each hour before sleep, we reinforce our sense of self-worth and purpose. This nightly ritual instills a deep sense of gratitude and contentment, reaffirming our commitment to our journey and fostering restful sleep.
Incorporating systematic processes and aligning tasks with our values are essential components of a fulfilling and purpose-driven life. By organizing, supervising, and delegating tasks effectively, we maximize productivity and create space for growth and self-reflection. As we navigate each day with intention and mindfulness, we cultivate a sense of fulfillment and alignment with our true purpose. So, let's embrace the power of organized processes and conscious living as we journey towards our dreams and aspirations.
Wishing you a day filled with purpose and productivity.
Warm regards,Chris

Prioritization and Self-Worth: Keys to Fulfillment
In my coaching sessions, I often delve into what I consider the cornerstone of daily life: prioritization or values-based living. How we structure our day, what we choose to prioritize, ultimately shapes our lives. This aspect is not merely about time management but also about nurturing our self-worth, a fundamental element in our overall well-being.
Self-worth is the foundation upon which we build our lives. It encompasses both self-esteem and self-value, the balance between feeling esteemed and recognizing our inherent value. While self-esteem may fluctuate, influenced by external factors and internal dialogue, self-worth remains steadfast, rooted in strength, resilience, and authenticity.
It's crucial to acknowledge that for every high, there's a corresponding low. Inflating our self-esteem excessively can lead to inevitable crashes, followed by feelings of inadequacy. Conversely, dwelling in low self-esteem undermines our potential. True self-worth lies in recognizing our inherent value, independent of external achievements or validation.
Our actions speak volumes about our priorities. Despite our aspirations, our daily behaviors reveal our true desires. It's easy to declare lofty goals—wealth, health, fulfilling relationships—but our actions tell a different story. Left unchecked, we default to habits that may not align with our aspirations, leading to stagnation or regression.
Decision-making is a constant in our lives, with thousands of choices presented daily. Many decisions are automatic, driven by ingrained habits or societal norms. Yet, the distinction lies in discerning between short-term gratification and long-term fulfillment. Choosing immediate pleasures over sustainable growth may provide instant satisfaction but jeopardizes our future well-being.
Striking a balance between present enjoyment and future goals is paramount. It's essential to savor the moment while remaining mindful of our long-term aspirations. Each decision carries weight, influencing our trajectory. By consciously evaluating our choices, we navigate towards a fulfilling future without sacrificing present joy.
Our internal dialogue shapes our reality more than external circumstances. How we speak to ourselves—the language we use, the tone we adopt—impacts our self-perception and, consequently, our actions. Mastering the art of self-talk involves understanding the rules of the game, cultivating a supportive and empowering inner dialogue.

Elevating Personal Growth Through Environmental Consciousness
Introduction:In the journey of personal growth and self-improvement, the environment we inhabit plays a crucial role that often goes underestimated. In this insightful discourse, we delve into the profound impact of our surroundings on our mindset, well-being, and overall quality of life. Chris, a seasoned advocate for holistic development, shares invaluable wisdom on how to harness the power of environment to foster positive change and elevate our daily experiences.
The Power of Balance and Mind Evolution:Chris begins by emphasizing the significance of maintaining balance in our lives, encapsulating the essence of the "power hour" and the evolution of mindset. He advocates for the KISS principle—Keeping It Simple, yet ensuring balance pervades every aspect of our existence. Moving from a mindset of obligation ("got-to's") to one of passion ("love-to's") is highlighted as a pivotal step towards holistic well-being.
The Pitfalls of "Got-To" Thinking:A poignant reminder is shared regarding the detrimental effects of perpetual obligation. Chris warns against the toxic cycle of 'got-to' thoughts, which not only erode our joy but can also manifest physically, potentially leading to grave consequences such as cancer. By reframing our perspectives and embracing activities out of genuine love and passion, rather than compulsion, we pave the way for profound personal transformation.
Environmental Transformation:Central to Chris's philosophy is the notion of continually evolving one's environment. He advocates for daily reflection and small actions to enhance our surroundings, whether it's rearranging furniture, decluttering spaces, or immersing oneself in nature. Chris exemplifies this ethos in his own life, perpetually tweaking his office, home, and outdoor settings to optimize productivity, creativity, and serenity.
Embracing Minimalism and Quality:A staunch advocate for minimalism, Chris extols the virtues of decluttering and prioritizing quality over quantity. Drawing parallels between external orderliness and internal harmony, he underscores the importance of sending positive signals to oneself through our environment. From meticulously organized digital files to meticulously chosen trekking gear, every detail is curated to reinforce a sense of worthiness and excellence.
The Generosity of Upgrading:Chris's generosity extends beyond personal enrichment to uplifting others. His practice of upgrading and donating trekking gear exemplifies a mindset of abundance and compassion. By sharing the best with those in need, he not only adds value to their lives but also fosters a culture of reciprocity and gratitude.
Mind-Environment Nexus:A profound correlation between our environment and mindset is elucidated, emphasizing the need for clarity and simplicity in physical spaces to cultivate mental clarity. Chris advocates for embracing nature sans distractions, allowing our senses to revel in the beauty and tranquility of the outdoors. By disconnecting from screens and immersing ourselves in natural surroundings, we rejuvenate our spirits and gain valuable perspective.
Conclusion:In conclusion, Chris imparts a timeless message of empowerment through environmental consciousness. By recognizing the symbiotic relationship between our inner and outer worlds, we unlock untold potential for growth, fulfillment, and joy. Let us heed his wisdom, taking small yet intentional steps to cultivate environments that nurture our best selves and enrich the lives of those around us.
Closing Note:As we bid adieu, let Chris's words resonate in our hearts, inspiring us to embark on a journey of continual improvement and environmental stewardship. Until next time, may each day be a canvas for transformative change and boundless possibility.

Title: The Power Hour: Cultivating Mental Health and Balance
Introduction:In a world where our minds are constantly bombarded with stimuli and emotions, finding balance and clarity can often feel like an uphill battle. In this discussion, led by Chris, we delve into the concept of the "power hour" and explore the crucial first step towards mental well-being: understanding the intricate workings of our minds.
Step One: Mental Health, Mind
Chris begins by emphasizing the paramount importance of our minds, dubbing it as the "most precious piece of territory on earth." He highlights the tendency of our minds to polarize experiences, oscillating between infatuation and resentment. Infatuation, as he describes, occurs when we perceive seven benefits to one negative aspect of something, while resentment arises when the ratio flips to seven negatives to one positive.
Understanding Bipolarity and Schizophrenia
Delving deeper, Chris discusses how extreme bipolarity can lead to mental derangement, ultimately manifesting as schizophrenia when the seven to one ratio is surpassed. He emphasizes the inherent danger of polarizing experiences, suggesting that such states of mind lead to flawed decisions and emotional turmoil.
Emotions: Our Guiding Light or Deceptive Veil?
Chris challenges the notion of emotions as reliable guides, asserting that they often lead us astray. Despite their inherent deception, he acknowledges the inevitability of emotions in guiding us towards perceived imbalances. Drawing from examples in entertainment, Chris highlights how easily we are swayed by emotional extremes portrayed in media.
Balancing Thoughts: A Practical Exercise
Transitioning from theory to practice, Chris proposes a simple yet powerful exercise to cultivate mental balance. He encourages viewers to create four columns on a piece of paper, listing the positive and negative aspects of any chosen subject, whether it be a person, decision, or even a piece of fruit like an apple.
Unraveling Memes and Embracing Unconditional Love
Chris sheds light on the role of memes—pre-programmed thought processes—in shaping our perceptions and judgments. He urges viewers to challenge these ingrained beliefs and strive towards balanced, unconditional love in their thoughts and actions. This, he claims, is the key to personal growth and mental well-being.
Conclusion: Striving for Balance
As the discussion draws to a close, Chris leaves viewers with a poignant reminder to approach judgment with caution, as it has far-reaching implications in our lives and relationships. He bids farewell with a message of positivity, urging everyone to embrace the journey towards mental balance and well-being.
In essence, the "power hour" begins with understanding and mastering our minds, paving the way for a more harmonious existence. With each step towards balance, we inch closer to realizing our true potential and experiencing the profound beauty of unconditional love in all its forms.

Mastering Interpersonal Negotiation: A Three-Step Guide
Introduction:Greetings, everyone! It's a beautiful day, and I'm here to chat with you about negotiation. But not the kind you see in movies or boardrooms. Today, I want to delve into the subtle art of negotiating in our everyday interactions. I'm Chris, and let's explore how to navigate these conversations with authenticity and grace.
Understanding Interpersonal Negotiation:Negotiation isn't just about hammering out deals; it's about navigating the delicate balance between expressing ourselves honestly and maintaining harmony in our relationships. Whether it's agreeing to a small favor or setting boundaries, negotiation is woven into the fabric of our daily lives.
The Three-Step Process:
1. Honesty:The foundation of effective negotiation is honesty. Before responding to a request, take a moment to be truthful with yourself. What do you truly want, and how can you ensure that your actions do no harm to yourself or others? This step is about respecting your own values while considering the needs of others.
For instance, if someone asks for a favor, such as picking them up from the post office, weigh your priorities honestly. It's essential to acknowledge your own limitations and communicate them respectfully. Remember, being honest doesn't mean being blunt; it means being authentic and considerate.
2. Tell Them What They Want to Hear:Sometimes, saying "no" isn't enough. In these situations, it's crucial to frame your response in a way that respects the other person's values. This doesn't mean deceiving them but rather finding common ground that honors both parties.
For example, if you're unable to pick someone up from the post office, explain the situation in terms of their priorities. By aligning your response with their values, you can soften the impact of your refusal while maintaining your integrity.
3. Pick Your Fights:Not every disagreement requires a battle. Knowing when to stand your ground and when to let go is key to successful negotiation. Consider the potential consequences of getting involved in a conflict. Will your intervention escalate the situation, or is it wiser to step back?
Drawing from personal experience, I've learned the importance of picking my fights wisely. Sometimes, the best course of action is to observe rather than intervene, allowing conflicts to resolve themselves naturally.
Conclusion:In essence, mastering interpersonal negotiation is about finding a balance between honesty, empathy, and assertiveness. By following these three simple steps—honesty, framing responses respectfully, and choosing your battles wisely—you can navigate conversations with confidence and integrity.
So, the next time you find yourself in a negotiation, remember to stay true to yourself, consider the perspectives of others, and know when to stand your ground or gracefully concede. With practice, you'll become a skilled negotiator in both your personal and professional life.
Wishing you all fruitful negotiations and harmonious relationships ahead! Until next time, this is Chris signing off. Take care and have a fantastic day!

Unlocking Mind Mastery: Embracing Change and Understanding Human Traits
Greetings! If you've been following along with our Mind Mastery sessions, I trust you've found them insightful and thought-provoking. Today, I want to delve into a crucial aspect of personal transformation: embracing change and understanding the complexity of human traits.
Change: Easier Than You Think
Many of us view change as a daunting task, surrounded by uncertainty and resistance. But here's the truth: change itself isn't hard. It's the uncertainty and confusion that often make it seem challenging. When we truly desire a change, we become unstoppable in our pursuit of it.
In our previous sessions, we discussed the significance of identifying and understanding the memes – those subconscious thoughts that hinder our desired changes. These memes often stem from old beliefs that shape our perceptions and behaviors. While these beliefs have served us in the past, they can also act as barriers to the changes we seek.
Nature's Influence on Beliefs
One powerful approach to addressing these limiting beliefs is by applying the principles of nature. Memes, in essence, defy nature's laws. They are constructed beliefs that stem from fear and self-preservation. However, by aligning our beliefs with the natural order of things, we can begin to unravel their grip on us.
The Universality of Human Traits
One of the most profound revelations in our journey of self-discovery is the understanding that every human being possesses every human trait. This notion challenges conventional beliefs that categorize individuals as inherently good or bad, successful or failing.
We often pedestalize or criticize others based on our perceptions of their traits, either elevating them above ourselves or casting them below us. However, the truth is far more humbling: every quality we admire or disdain in others exists within us too.
Embracing Humility and Self-Reflection
Recognizing the universality of human traits cultivates humility and empathy within us. Rather than placing ourselves or others on pedestals, we acknowledge our shared humanity and interconnectedness. This shift in perspective fosters a deeper sense of compassion and understanding.
Reflection and Contemplation
As we conclude today's session, I urge you to contemplate the idea that the people around you, regardless of their perceived qualities, are reflections of yourself. You possess every trait they exhibit, both positive and negative, to the same degree.
In embracing this truth, we embrace the complexity of human nature and pave the way for profound personal growth. Until next time, take a moment to reflect on the interconnectedness of humanity and the limitless potential within each of us.
Farewell for Now
Thank you for joining me on this journey of self-discovery and transformation. Remember, change begins with a shift in perspective and a willingness to embrace the inherent duality of human traits. Until we meet again, stay curious and open to the infinite possibilities that lie ahead.
Warm regards,

Title: Unraveling the Power of Memes in Achieving Mental Resilience
Introduction
Embarking on the journey of personal growth and mental resilience often involves confronting the barriers that stand between our current reality and our desired outcomes. In a recent session of our mind change course, we delved into the concept of memes and their profound influence on shaping our thoughts, behaviors, and ultimately, our lives.
Understanding Memes: The Hidden Forces
As I guide individuals through the process of self-discovery, one crucial question arises: why do we sometimes find ourselves stagnant, unable to bridge the gap between where we are and where we aspire to be? The answer lies in the intricate web of memes that silently govern our subconscious.
Identifying the Memetic Constructs
In our exploration, I often pose a simple inquiry: where do you envision yourself in the future? Surprisingly, most individuals can vividly articulate their aspirations. However, the subsequent question, "Why aren't you there yet?" uncovers the underlying memes that dictate our perceived limitations.
Deconstructing Memes: Unconscious Conditioning
Memes, as I elucidate to my students, are not merely fleeting thoughts but ingrained patterns of conditioning that dictate our responses to life's challenges. Take, for instance, the scenario of a professional yearning for career advancement. Despite harboring ambitions of ascending to a higher position, they are hindered by self-imposed barriers crafted by their own memes.
The Veil of Unconscious Beliefs
What makes memes particularly insidious is their stealthy nature. Often, we operate under the guise of free will, unaware that our decisions are governed by preconceived notions ingrained deep within our psyche. Like soldiers in a mental war, memes infiltrate our thoughts, steering us towards predetermined outcomes.
The Echo Chamber of Confirmation Bias
In our quest for change, we unwittingly seek reinforcement of our existing beliefs. Whether perusing self-help books or consulting mentors, we gravitate towards information that aligns with our pre-existing memes. This confirmation bias perpetuates the cycle of stagnation, hindering genuine transformation.
Breaking Free from Memetic Shackles
Escaping the clutches of memes requires a conscious effort to challenge our ingrained beliefs and assumptions. Whether inherited from familial influences or societal conditioning, these memes shape our worldview and limit our potential for growth.
Embracing Conscious Evolution
As individuals committed to personal evolution, we must undertake the arduous task of introspection. By acknowledging the role of memes in our lives, we can begin the process of dismantling outdated paradigms and embracing new perspectives.
The Role of Guidance in Self-Discovery
In our journey towards enlightenment, guidance plays a pivotal role. Whether in the form of a mentor, teacher, or spiritual guide, an objective perspective can illuminate the path from darkness to light. However, true transformation necessitates a willingness to confront our innermost fears and beliefs.
Looking Ahead: Bridging the Gap
As we conclude this phase of introspection, I urge you to reflect on your own memes. What beliefs have been silently shaping your reality? In the forthcoming sessions, we will delve into the principles of nature and universal laws, unraveling the intricacies of our memetic conditioning.
Conclusion
In the pursuit of mental resilience and personal growth, understanding the power of memes is paramount. By transcending our conditioned beliefs and embracing new paradigms, we can unlock our true potential and embark on a journey of profound self-discovery. Join me as we navigate the labyrinth of the mind, illuminating the path towards inner transformation and lasting fulfillment.

Unlocking Success: The Power of Infatuation in Life and Leadership
As a firm believer in the laws of nature and their profound influence on our lives, I've come to realize a powerful secret that shapes our journey: infatuation. Today, I invite you to explore this concept with me and understand its implications for personal growth, relationships, and leadership.
In a world where organized religion may not resonate with everyone, the universal laws offer a compelling framework for understanding our existence. These laws govern the universe, nature, and consequently, our lives. By aligning ourselves with these inherent principles, we can navigate life's complexities with clarity and purpose.
Nature, by its very essence, seeks balance in all things. Whether it's the ebb and flow of tides or the intricate patterns of weather systems, equilibrium is the cornerstone of existence. However, achieving balance isn't always a smooth journey. When we find equilibrium, a state of ambivalence can set in, leading to stagnation and disengagement.
At the heart of this discussion lies the concept of infatuation. When we embark on a new relationship or endeavor, infatuation fuels our enthusiasm and optimism. It allows us to see the world through a lens of positivity, focusing on the potential for growth and fulfillment. However, as time passes, balance inevitably emerges, leading to a sense of ambivalence.
Despite the inevitability of balance, our perception plays a crucial role in shaping our experiences. By choosing to focus on the positive aspects of life and relationships, we can sustain our infatuation and remain fully engaged. This mindset shift empowers us to cultivate happiness, resilience, and success in all areas of our lives.
In the realm of leadership, understanding the dynamics of infatuation is paramount. Leaders must inspire and engage their teams, fostering a culture of enthusiasm and commitment. By recognizing the power of positive perception, leaders can create environments where individuals thrive, driving innovation and achieving collective goals.
As we navigate the complexities of life and leadership, let us remember the transformative power of infatuation. By embracing positivity and remaining fully engaged, we can unlock our true potential and create a future filled with fulfillment and success. So, let us strive to remain infatuated with life, for therein lies the key to unlocking our greatest achievements.
This is Chris, wishing you a day filled with passion, purpose, and endless possibilities. Until next time, take care and stay infatuated.

Good morning, good afternoon, wherever you are. And today's pearl of wisdom is that there's two sides to everything. And this is the first universal law of nature. And you're going to go Duh, Chris, I know that. I know that. And by the way, as you're sitting here watching this video, get a good view of this. This is meditation in the best possible way. This is sitting out in nature, looking at nature, admiring nature. But if you don't know that there's two sides to everything, you're going to come to nature with a twisted angle. So if I say there's two sides to everything, what would you say about grief? Is there two sides to grief? What about losing something? Is there two sides to that? What about failure? Is there two sides to that? What about heartbreak? You know, most suicides happen because people see one side to something. And so two sides to everything sounds like the most simple thing you'll ever hear in your entire life. And it sounds benign and trivial. But actually, it solves 100% of the world's problems at an emotional, personal, mental health level. Nobody can have depression if they see two sides to everything. Nobody can have grief.Nobody can have heartbreak if they see two sides to everything. So what is an emotion? An emotion is a one-sided thought. If you have an emotion, it's because you're seeing one side to something. And that means you don't believe there's two sides to everything. In order to meditate, in order to be calm, in order to be tranquil, in order to be solid, in order to make decisions, in order to lead a business, in order to lead other people, you'll need to see that there's two sides to everything. Are you ready for it? You know, you can't work for a boss who has less consciousness than you.So if your boss can't see two sides to everything, and you can, end of job. You need to find a new one. This is Chris.Have a great day.

Chris discusses Walker's Law, the Law of Lesser Pisses, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing personal satisfaction while considering others' interests. He explains that one can either please oneself and risk disappointing others or please others and risk personal dissatisfaction. Chris suggests aligning actions with personal values and then framing them to accommodate others' values. He illustrates this principle through examples like lending a drill to a neighbor or dealing with in-laws staying over. He cautions against narcissism and advocates for negotiation where understanding one's desires and others' needs is crucial for successful outcomes.

Hey there, it's Chris. Just checking in from Bondi Beach, where yesterday's Gay Pride concert was an absolute blast despite some ticketing issues. It got me thinking about the importance of keeping things in perspective, especially when we start sweating the small stuff. So, let's not get bogged down by trivial stresses and instead focus on the bigger picture. Have a great day, folks. Catch you later!

If you want to change your mind you need to start with yourself talk. Nobody beats you up more than you. Nobody treat you better or worse than you treat yourself. Nobody can love you more than you do and nobody can inspire you more than you do. The idea of leaning on somebody for your happiness is a myth.

Are you know that speaking in the language of fear and guilt or in the language of fight and flight or in the language of uncertainty and highly emotionally charged volatility is not going to be good for your health, your mindset nor your emotional well-being. But how do you put that into practice when there are so many variables. We start with the concept that your language, the way you speak to others is exactly the way you will speak to yourself and so the most powerful fundamental change is language. What advice would you give to somebody who was trying to change something that couldn't be changed or that wasn't broken. Very often we are giving ourselves an others advice about change when really the thing that we are talking about can't be and doesn't need to be changed, it is their natural constitution which cannot be changed. Take for example a multitasking human being who is, to all appearances, spinning out of control doing too many things at once and a person who is studying Buddhism gives them advice to just do one thing at a time. That advice might be correct if the individual is an earth constitution but if they are an air constitution then that advice is completely wrong

Head over Heart that's always the question. If you try to speak with your heart at work sometimes it is confronting for those around you because they speak with their head and look for rational logical answers to questions and the heart just won't permit. On the other hand if you speak with your head only those who spend their life thinking thinking thinking and thinking rational logical processes which are going to be soon replaced by AI and chat GPT will find themselves satisfied. The future of business is heart... feeling it. Do you get it?

WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT, YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME, OR YOUR ENERGY OR YOUR LIFE OR YOUR FRIENDSHIPS OR YOUR RELATIONSHIPS DOING THINGS THAT DISTRACT YOU FROM YOUR AMBITION. YOUR AMBITION IS GOING TO DETERMINE YOUR BEHAVIOUR AND YOUR BEHAVIOUR IS GOING TO DETERMINE YOUR AMBITION, SO IT'S WISE TO GET THEM ALIGNED UP SO THAT YOU WALK TO TALK AT LEAST FOR MOST OF THE TIME.

THERE'S A LOT TO CONSIDER IN LEADERSHIP. But the single most important thing is your humanity. Leadership starts at home. It's no use being sloppy in one area and disciplined in another.
--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/chris-walker70/message
At the junior levels of business leadership is always considered to be something as done from the front. People are considered to be followers and leaders are considered to be people who know what has to be done and delegate information. But this immature definition of leadership cannot survive at the higher levels of business. Leaders at the higher levels of business come to realise that their duty is to communicate the destination and then make sure people stay in their commitment to that destination. Has to be a trust on both sides.
The trust a leader earns comes from understanding the order in the chaos. The person who has certainty about this order in the chaos has done their homework and he's not getting the path ahead. If we are guessing the path ahead we will not be a leader we will be a dominator. Uncertainty will prevail and that leads to stress on everybody. In this short video podcast I aim to describe some of the overlying principles of good leadership.

The doubting mind. It is a curious thing, inhabiting our thoughts, whispering words of uncertainty and eroding our confidence. Its power knows no boundaries, affecting both our personal and professional lives. Allow me to share with you the terrible dangers it poses, the consequences it brings, and the impact it has on our mental and emotional well-being. Furthermore, I will present four steps that can help us find clarity and certainty, ultimately eradicating doubt from our lives.
Firstly, the doubting mind is a formidable force that can sabotage our aspirations and diminish our potential. It plants seeds of skepticism, making us question our abilities and the decisions we make. Whether it's at work or home, doubt creeps into our minds, poisoning our thoughts and hindering our progress. This can lead to missed opportunities, as we refrain from taking risks and exploring new horizons.
Secondly, the consequences of a doubting mind extend beyond the individual and seep into our relationships and professional endeavours. At work, doubt can impede collaboration and innovation, as it breeds hesitation and reluctance to share ideas. It erodes trust among team members and impedes progress. At home, doubt strains our relationships, injecting a toxic blend of uncertainty and insecurity that affects our bonds with loved ones.
Thirdly, the damage caused by a doubting mind cannot be overlooked when considering our mental and emotional well-being. Doubt chips away at our self-esteem, filling us with anxiety and robbing us of inner peace. It fuels a constant state of second-guessing, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained. Our mental health suffers greatly, leading to increased stress levels, decreased motivation, and a heightened sense of dissatisfaction with life.
Step 1: Connect with your purpose and values. Take time to reflect on what truly matters to you and align your actions with your core values. By understanding your purpose and living in accordance with your values, you create a solid foundation that helps combat doubt. Remind yourself of your passions and what drives you, anchoring yourself in a sense of clarity and certainty.
Step 2: Embrace change and impermanence. Recognise that change is a natural part of life and that uncertainty is inevitable. By accepting this truth, you free yourself from the need for absolute certainty and perfection. Embrace the concept of impermanence and allow yourself to adapt and grow in the face of uncertainty. This mindset shift helps to disarm doubt's power over you.
Step 3: Practice mindfulness and present moment awareness. Cultivate the habit of being fully present in each moment. Train your mind to focus on the present rather than dwelling on past mistakes or future uncertainties. Mindfulness allows you to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment, enabling you to recognise doubt as merely a passing phenomenon. Through this practice, you can maintain clarity and clarity amidst doubt's challenges.
Step 4: Seek support and surround yourself with positive influences. Remember that you are not alone in facing doubt; it is a shared human experience. Reach out to supportive friends, family, or mentors who can provide guidance and encouragement. Surrounding yourself with positive influences helps to counter doubt's negative influence. Engage in open and honest conversations, seeking perspectives and insights that can shed light on your situation and reframe your doubts.
By incorporating these four steps into your life, inspired by Chris Walker's Universal Laws of Nature, you can effectively combat doubt and find clarity and certainty beyond its grasp. Remember, doubt may be powerful, but it is not insurmountable. Embrace your true purpose, accept the inevitability of change, practice mindfulness, and seek support. With these tools at your disposal, you can emerge stronger and more resilient, ready to overcome doubt's challenges and live a life of fulfilment.

You don't want to be a loser. You don't want to walk around with sadness or misery or stress. You do not want to feel like you're about to fail. You do not want to be sleepless. You do not want to feel as if you're a loser in any way shape or form. The primary reason why you don't wanna feel like a loser is that it affects everybody you love. On the other hand if you can change that mindset to a winning mindset you can impact everybody you care for and love, positively. But this has one obstacle and that is your ego. Your ego is bound up like a prisoner in thoughts and beliefs and ways of handling things that happen in life that you've been doing for years. But you've changed and the world is changed and I wonder if the way you handle things in life has changed at the same pace? So here's your chance to have a look and have a think and have a chat with Chris about the way you handle stuff so that you develop and permanently have a winners mindset.

10 STEPS TO CREATE A PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN
How your mind works and why it's really important to spend some time each day sorting it. When thoughts go rogue so do you. And that's not great. The great news is that if you change one small thing in the way you think and the level at which you think everything in your life improves. The challenge then is to prevent your thinking from dropping back into old patterns when you relax because you're enjoying yourself. The greatest challenge for people is to work on themselves and sustain mental and emotional acuity when they're happy. It's usually when we achieve the things we set out to achieve that we relax and become complacent and then of course trouble starts. So let's keep this maintenance going keep you inspired and help you be the very best you can be.

Again by imagining yourself as an energy transforming power station into which is a raw source and from which emanates energy in the form of electricity. It would appear immediately obvious that if you put bad materials in to the power station such as poor grade coal then significant amount of energy transforming that into electricity. Hence we can understand there are different types of power stations including nuclear solar wind turbine and gas. So two in your life you can absorb energy from different sources all the way from low-grade to Hygrade. But the most important thing is it will come out in the form of electricity no matter what that origin. So every human being on earth is blessed with the ability to be magnetic and fully charged with power.

Self Leadership - this place, this life, can become truly magical. That's because of this feature of innerwealth. So many things we can work with businesses, people, families, we have, obviously the beautiful opportunity to sleep deeply, to wake up happy with the morning light. But we also have the day at work or at home. which can be used as part of your joy in life, we have these little moments that are really, really, really beautiful as a part of a lifestyle. But on top of all the natural steps that we have here, we also have a steady stream of relationships with people. And all these elements combined create some truly unique quality of life opportunities, I wanted to take you back to a place where I truly enjoy feeling inspired by nature, because at the end of the day, all the innerwealth techniques, all the quality of life controls, all the different strategies, none of that is going to matter, unless you truly fall in love with the spirit of your own true nature. If you don't have that passion, if you don't have that desire to go out there to be an influence in the world, to run around to look for the best in life. If you don't have that none of the things we're going to cover in this course are even going to make a difference because you simply will not be living it. So before we get into all the technical stuff, I just want you to sit back relax, and see what the spirit of nature is like when you already know all of tips and tricks to self-leadership, and when you use all that knowledge to take beautiful deep breaths of life on this incredible journey called “your life.”. So in many ways, this is a preview for what's to come when you complete this course. And with that said, let's get out into the world and let's start living inspired by nature, as that world is about to get better and better.

When we compete with other people we find ourselves in an ego driven battle that will always gravitate to the person with the lowest consciousness and therefore the loudest voice winning. It's therefore wise to use the idea of compassion as a battle weapon against minorities who scream down with the loudest voice and opinionated people of relatively low consciousness who can quite often dominate the working environment we are in or our domestic violence environment. I've made an effort in this video to demonstrate just how to use compassion as a weapon in maintaining self-sufficiency and self leadership in very difficult situations.

Introduction
In a fast-paced and interconnected world, it is increasingly important for individuals to nurture self-sufficiency in both their work and personal lives. Self-sufficiency is the key to unlocking our hidden potential and cultivating resilience. By inculcating an inner sense of independence, we not only achieve greater productivity and satisfaction at work but also foster balance and fulfillment in all aspects of life. Inspired by Chris Walker's Innerwealth philosophy, let's delve into the transformative power of self-sufficiency and its ability to guide us on the path towards attaining our goals.
Balance is the Key
At the core of Chris Walker's teachings is the concept of finding the right balance between various aspects of life, from career to relationship, wellbeing, and emotional well-being. Achieving this balance allows us to maintain clarity and adopt a self-sufficient mindset, prioritizing our own individual growth whilst also realizing we are an integral part of a broader community and world.
Workplace Self Sufficiency
In the professional realm, self-sufficiency moves beyond merely sticking to schedules or completing tasks. It surpasses the conventional work standards and enables us to become empowered individuals, capable of effortlessly adapting to changing circumstances. A self-sufficient mindset equips us with the ability to self-manage, relentlessly pursue growth opportunities, and make rational decisions aligned with our long-term vision.
Innerwealth Strategies
To cultivate self-sufficiency in the workplace, Innerwealth focuses on harnessing overall well-being that expands beyond a singular perception of success. Chris Walker's Innerwealth philosophy provides insights and tactics such as meditation, expanding perspective, building emotional resilience, practicing gratitude, and accessing our intuition. These strategies enhance mental clarity, emotional intelligence, and overall productivity, enabling us to thrive in even the most challenging corporate environments.
Finding Fulfillment in Personal Life
As we seek self-sufficiency within our professional lives, it's crucial to extend such mastery to our personal realms too. A self-sufficient approach propels personal growth, as we take responsibility for our own well-being and happiness. By focusing on self-reflection, nurturing relationships, establishing captivating hobbies, and promoting physical well-being, we enhance our adaptive ability and reconnect with the true essence of life.
Building Innerstrength
Innerwealth concentrates on creating a self-sufficient foundation built on resilience, innerstrength, and abundance consciousness. Through regularly climbing metaphorical emotional mountains - confronting challenges, embracing uncertainty vis-a-vis career choices, and fostering the ability to bounce back from any adversity - we develop strong foundations primed for success. Ultimately, building innerstrength enables us to conquer obstacles we may face both at work and in daily life.
Embrace Innerwealth: The Gift of Self-Sufficiency
As we embark on the journey towards successful, self-sufficient lives - both personally and professionally - Innerwealth philosophy serves as a guiding torch. By consciously choosing Innerwealth measures, we arm ourselves with coping skills, nuanced self-reflection, and emotional stability. The freedom and gratification stemming from true self-sufficiency are unrivaled, empowering us to shape our own destiny.
By nurturing the underlying talents residing within us, fostering emotional intelligence, and embracing self-sufficiency as espoused by the renowned Chris Walker and the Innerwealth philosophy, we uncover unbounded prosperity, profound personal fulfillment, and realize the pinnacle of our potential. Self-sufficiency unlocks the transformative power hidden within – enabling us to live authentically, harness our true capabilities, and relentlessly progress towards lasting success.

Better to prevent problems before they happen. But then again, it's hard to have the discipline. The next best is to detect problems before they escalate.
Compromised between family, friends, should's and expectations belonging to others, you will become lazy in anything that doesn't meet those requirements. But then, you might complain about it. The cause is Lazy.... and we all have it..
Going to be a good video about red flags and why we need to remain vigilant on the discipline
You own it. It's simple. It's portable and it's inside of you. It affects your productivity, your health, your happiness. It affects your relationship, your friendships, your children and your P&L at work. If you tap it, there's no stopping you, if you don't then it's all just hard work and struggle. Your Vision, Inspiration and Purpose affect everything important and they are without doubt the most important ingredient in determining the quality of your life, work life balance and the essential exchange in relationships. It's not fluff, just try being without hope for a day and see how it feels and how many people want to invest in you. It's Nature's Universal Laws presented so you can bring nature home and be in complete control of your dialogue with life.
Without doubt one of the greatest challenges of our lives is to deal with situations without feeling sorry for ourselves. It is quite natural and automatic to protect ourselves from pain by blaming somebody else or something else for causing it. But when we do that we automatically feel sorry for ourselves that we have faced a challenge that has no blessing. Kim such a situation really exist? In my experience the answer is no. I have gone through hell in a handbag over and over again throughout the course of my life and to be honest with you I haven't felt sorry for myself for a very very long time. The reason is I understand natures intention. I know that nature would never cause hardship or pain without omission or purpose to help grow a human being. Sometimes the lessons are harder than we would otherwise have volunteered for. The most expensive lesson on earth is a hospital bed. That's why I say learning from experience is learning the most expensive and hardest way. And there's no need for that
Living a vision can be a daunting task. Once we have it we put ourselves under almost unbearable pressure to get it done as quickly as possible. When we are on track to achieving those visions we relax, the timeline seems to be appropriate. But sometimes we lose control of that timeline, circumstances change and we lose the power to influence when something happens. In these situations we are encouraged to the timeline, the time horizon, of our vision. We do this in order to calm our heart because if we fear not achieving the revision in a certain amount of time we will develop anxiety and at the same token if we don't have any fear about achieving a vision in a certain amount of time we will become complacent and fall asleep at the steering wheel. Adjusting the timeline, the time horizon of a vision is therefore a valuable skill.
It's really confusing to build a vision. We get confused as to whether we should be Conservative or go the opposite and be exaggerated. Conservative visions are sure to bore us and others while exaggerated visions will cause us to become depressed and frustrated. And so getting your vision right means being able to believe every word you say and yet cause yourself a degree of fear about achieving that. This is where we become more spiritual and more soul driven because we realise there's a degree of our future which is beyond our own total control and we must reach out for support from a higher power.
You own it. It's simple. It's portable and it's inside of you. It affects your productivity, your health, your happiness. It affects your relationship, your friendships, your children and your P&L at work. If you tap it, there's no stopping you, if you don't then it's all just hard work and struggle. a key to self confidence and making wise choices is certainty about the future. Nature has it. Do you?
emotions can make or break us. When we are on a high our emotions can drive us to incredible performance but when we are under pressure or on my low they can destroy everything we are doing. Mastering your emotions is a very important aspect of business and sport and relationship let's have a look.
Overwhelm can shut you down, block your leadership and spoil your brand. It is something we must work to prevent especially knowing that the stress it causes can harm your health. Here's a process that might help, Inspired by Nature too.
Engaging the mind is one thing. But there is no loyalty, commitment or inspiration that is sustainable in the mind. You also need heart engagement. How? Well, here's a quick summary..;.
Most energy we burn at work is emotional. Using the simple emotional shower you can reduce it to almost nothing. Coming home with more energy than you left with in the morning... now that's a great family life.
Inspired by nature is a new way to live and work in harmony with nature. Valuing the environment, maintaining your well-being while achieving the maximum success in the shortest amount of time. Getting more done in less time is our focus, it means evolve as nature intended.
The quality of your leadership is conditional on some key variables.. Lets see if we can pin a few down with nature's help

Then, with this connection, there can be no stress, no chaos, no calamity in a heart that is connected, once and for all, to nature. Once you are bound to nature and can bring her into your life as the organising principle you will find the awakening that truly gifts you with something beyond ... something only a few experience, something that cannot be corrupted.

Once you are bound to nature and can bring her into your life as the organising principle you will find the awakening that truly gifts you with something beyond ... something only a few experience, something that cannot be corrupted.

There are great masters such as Emerson, Plato and many Asian Masters (Lao Tzu) who are convinced that if mankind lived life according to the principles of nature, then we would be at peace with ourselves and with each other. It’s a philosophy not uncommon in the ways of the East but has yet to be fully grasped by the western world. We are hoping this modern way of presenting this ancient theme will resonate with you, irrespective of your cultural or religious background.

For many years Corporations have made the mistake of compartmentalising the development of people with the aim of increasing productivity and yet, the total human being, the heart, quality of life, relationship and other aspects of the human condition have been ignored. As we enter an era of hyper accelerated decision making the demands on individuals to bring their total capacity to work, including their heart, creativity, inspiration and non rational intellect, means we need a new understanding of "the Total Human Dynamic." In nature we are people first and fragmentation doesn't exist. Let's restore and preserve that awareness.
When we want to manifest something there is a process we go through. Very often we start the process halfway through we get an idea and we try to be as good as possible in projecting that idea. However, that's only about 25% of the total process of manifestation. Holding the vision and projecting a division in other words becoming a broadcast system with non-verbal signals is the other 75%.
There are very few things more important to your wellbeing, leadership and joy in life than mind mastery. Your mind can linger in the past carrying baggage is that is completely a burden to your future or your mind can gravitate into the future and have fears and anxieties that create turbulence in this moment right now. It is very easy for people to say live in the moment be here in this moment now but if your emotional agenda is still having guilt or anxiety about what happened in the past or having anxiety about what will happen in the future it is nearly impossible for you to live that Paradigm.
There are a lot of people who mistake the turbulence in their mind such as worry and anxiety and commitment and fear and turbulence is work. There is nothing so wasteful as worry turbulence and anxiety and I called this spaghetti mind. Spaghetti mind means that we think so much that this sinking starts to become a definition of productivity. It's wise to remember the motto "words or words, thoughts our thoughts, ideas are ideas, promises our promises but results are the only reality. You do not get paid to worry. You do not get high performance ratings by the anxiety and stress that goes behind what you do. Nobody cares what cost you pay to produce what you produce. If your head is filled with worry and stress and anxiety and you get the same result as somebody else whose head is not filled with worry and anxiety but instead with calm and confidence, you get paid the same and probably the calm person Will be appreciated more because they caused less stress for others.
It's now been 45 years in business for me and I have seen so much energy wasted by myself and others stressing and worrying about things when a short pencil and a piece of paper could have resolved most of what they worried about and help them live long and healthy. Not only this when a person goes home with stress and anxiety about incomplete business in their career they usually project that all over the walls of the home and it is the equivalent of walking through the house with the dog poo on your shoes. We owe it to those we love to turn up at home with a clean mind and a clean bill of health for what we are doing at work. We do not get paid more for messing up our family with our stress of work. This may not be important at the level of business that you are functioning at a present but as the higher you go in business or the higher you want to go in your career the more important this mind mastery will become and therefore it is a gift to learn how to do this to give you access to higher levels of leadership and business acumen.
You gotta be ready. Sometimes you are the difference between winning and losing for your business. You might think that you're just a mechanism in the machine. But you're not. You are inspired human being who wants to contribute be creative and live their purpose. Do you want to be spectacular amazing fantastic and you want to give the world what was given to you as your heritage. Don't waste it. UB your competitive advantage.
Sometimes we carry baggage from a conflict with someone all the way to the bank and back. Once we have left the presence of a person we conflicted with, we must admit, the conflict is now internal. It needs to be resolved otherwise it will impact everything from the even forward.
This process helps you use the universal laws of balance to bring clarity to your heart
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.” Do you know you can change what you think, and make every situation a winner?
Then why wouldn’t you? The answer is very simple. You don’t want to compromise. You have an image of what you want and you don’t want to lower it so that anything is ok.
So we get left with a dichotomy. Win at any cost and this means compromise. Or be happy but not win, or call happiness winning at any cost. You can see from this, it’s not as simple as we make out. So, is there a way to be happy and win without compromise?

“Well, here we go! Welcome to Goal setting. The first step in the Innerwealth Mental Toughness Programme. You know, the very first thing I do when meeting with an executive or entrepreneur is to have them talk honestly about how they see themselves, where they are now, and what they want to accomplish.
You see, clear goals are the foundation of performance. It’s the base that all of the hard work to come will build on. Without goals you can’t be effective with your coaching, learning or growth and you can’t judge progress. So in this session, we’re focusing exclusively on Goal Setting.
You should do the first module, “Identifying Your Everest,” early in the session. Here, you’re going to take a good, hard look at who you are right now as an individual.
You’ll be asked to step out of your comfort zone — to dream big.
As you do, you’ll also learn how to articulate your goals in a way that makes them real, achievable, and motivating.
To say that the outside affects the inside is an understatement.
When we're in an environment that's not healthy, either emotionally not healthy, or mentally not healthy, or even physically not healthy. It's very hard to feel healthy on the inside. Now we know that success comes from the inside out. We know that the magnetism and the strength of your body and the thoughts that you have and the emotions you have, transfer themselves into the work you do.
And so if you're dirty on the inside, you're going to do dirty work. Garbage in means garbage out. And therefore what you surround yourself with becomes more important than most people give credit for.
For example, if you've got a dirty desk, and it's covered in mess, not only mess in terms of papers and things that haven't been finished, but old cups and maybe a lolly wrapper from yesterday, and maybe a newspaper and maybe all these things are surrounding your desk, that chaos is entering your mind and it comes in and has an effect, completely subconscious, mostly. That triggers you to do things that you don't necessarily think you're going to do. So in other words, you do things accidentally.
Transcript: Good morning. Good afternoon, wherever you are, when you think about magnetism, what do you think about? Do you think about the poles of the earth? Or do you think about one of those little red things that were the horseshoe shape? Or do you think about a, an engine in a Tesla? Electric Car? magnetism is really the most powerful thing on the planet. It keeps us all on the earth. It causes the earth to be where it is in the universe, and it goes the universe to stay where it is. It's a very interesting subject. And most importantly, it's influential in our lives as well. Now we can, if we choose Build up the magnetism in our body, until it becomes usable. In other words, transmittable but before we do that, we have to cover the bases. We have to be able to manage the lower levels of energy consumption, consumption in life, such as hunting and gathering such as interpersonal communication, such as balancing the requirements of living, such as earning an income and living in a family and enjoying life. So, with all those done, we can start to think about that more higher levels of existence such as intuition, which is receiving magnetism and influence or transmission, which is sending it out. And this video today is all about the phases of sending it out, getting up to that phase of sending it out. Remembering from the last video, that we are only talking at this point, in the comfort phase, the comfort zone of life is the success so when we enter the growth phase of life, we are usually hand to mouth trying to climb up a ladder, and anything that we've intuited or been able to master in the comfort zone will come with us while we learn more things. So that's a different set of rules and principles to operating in your comfort zone in your success. So and of course we all want to stay in that comfort zone as long as possible. Unfortunately, due to the universal laws of nature, that everything evolves and grows to its level of incompetence, that is not possible. We are all going to grow from comfort, through growth, to frustration. And the question is going to be when we get to frustration in life, what we're going to do about that whether you're going to bitch and complain, or whether we're going to go through a reinvention process, that was yesterday's video. So today, we're talking about operating in the comfort zone, build out our magnetism and getting to the point where we can share with the world enjoy

I'm really pleased to present for you one of the new videos from the 30 day back on track program. In this new form we're focused on dealing with the frustration cycle. It would appear that there are three phases we all go through on a constant basis throughout the duration of our life. This can sometimes go unnoticed but it reveals itself most characteristically in our career in relationships.
The outer attachments are things we hold onto. The inner is abundance. Both are important
In all dealings with other people, maintain consciousness of magnetic energy. Put that controlled feeling of energy and the wish to attract people into the glance of the eye, the tone of your voice, the touch of your hand. Observe perfect courtesy, close your reception to unwelcome influences, by self-talk, "I shut out all unwelcome influences, my knowledge of me is better than yours." Make every honourable concession to others and sacrifice your opinions, impulses and desire for the sake of the end goal, remembering your main ultimate objective and quietly and mentally insist "I will win you eventually to my own will." In 90% of life situations you can use this to your benefit. If you make it permanent, it will transform your career.
All humans are dependent, socially, commercially, nationally, and emotionally. Therefore self-reliance is not isolation or withdrawal but the ability to follow your own convictions amongst the questions and conventions of life. You must become immune. A conviction will arise in you where there is no need to go into defence, no mention of doubt or uncertainty.

Health is often spoken about as the strength of a muscle or the cardio rate of a marathon runner. Maybe its wiser to shift the focus to magnetism.
There is so much material out there on how to be a success in your life. If you can rise above all that and understand the universal laws of nature you will be able to discern what will be good for you and will not. The idea of this video is to give you an understanding of success from the point of view of nature. As you may remember, we have clearly stated in the past that nature, the universe, want your success more than you Do. It's on wise to argue with nature. Please enjoy.
Success from the bottom up is a counterintuitive and silly notion but the majority of people try.
You can't defy nature, why would you try? Success is one of those things that people want and yet know very little about and therefore go about it with a sledgehammer. Those days are gone and they cost a human being a lot of pain and regret. When it comes to success you need to follow a scientific formula. I've made an early attempt in this video article to present just some overview of what you can do to make success a lot easier for yourself. You can watch the video on the blog at www.walkinspired.com

It's all too easy to remain frustrated for a very long period of time. You simply tell your partner or friends what annoys you and they agree. Most people solution to frustration is to go on holidays and think that they can change their job and get away from the troubles. If the frustration comes from home most people think that leaving home or getting a divorce will make a difference. But frustration is a state of mind it belongs to the owne. You cannot go too far away from frustration. It goes with you. It's not about the topic it's about you and the way you think. In this video audio you will hear me talk about the consequences of long-term frustration and the solution. Encourage you to stop the hurt before it starts.

MIND NOISE AIN'T PRETTY
craving for excitement, agitation, variety, stimulation, energising, motivation, activity, thinking, worry, reaction, anger, frustration, sadness, depression, poor immune system, frequent colds, headaches, brain fog, excessive fatigue, weight gain, especially low mood or feeling like you're in a funk.
And if you've talked to your partner about it, probably told you to calm down, go to yoga or meditate, that there’s nothing actually wrong with you, and you ought to take a holiday or change jobs.
Oh, they may suggest cutting back on work or exercising more.
What if I told you it was all lies?
What if I told you there was something wrong inside you?
Even more shocking, that it's not your fault.

In nature, there is no confusion because everything acts and lives according to its purpose. Human's however, have an ego. And this is where the noise in the mind can start.
you might think uncertainty is not nature. That isn't true. uncertainty is a part of nature. But, if you react to it, you get mind noise...
In the power of life and your connection to nature, mind noise is the barrier. Removing the barrier doesn't mean silence, that's a mistake to think. Removing the barrier by removing mind noise brings you closer to your intuition, your inner voice. Can you hear it?

in our lives, things are gonna come and go in our lives people are going to come and go in our lives. Our wealth is going to grow and shrink and grow and grow, shrink, grow. All these things move. And that's the beauty of the of the world around us. We don't know what is going to happen in Russia and the Ukraine. We don't know whether an aeroplane is going to flip upside down Nepal and kill people we don't know. And in that not knowing there is proof that relying on the outer world to create the environment of our inner world is very foolish. Relying on a relationship to make us happy. Relying on our children behaving in the way we want to make us happy is not the way it's meant to be relying on how much money we earn to make us happy is not the way it's meant to be. We have control of the environment within us. And then we read the newspaper. The question is going to be does the newspaper reading affect the environment within and there's the power of being a human being the environment within and so as I close this off, and I reflect on the era from being 14 to where I am now. 55 years I have never deviated a day. From the concept of needing to be responsible for nature and the environment we create. The only thing that's changed is the form of that environment has gone from factory chimneys and industrial hygiene and how many people born and how much they eat and how much they consume to the power of a human thought and what it can cause on this beautiful planet. That's where nature starts. It starts in any individual saying I will take responsibility for my thoughts and and those thoughts can be gratitude presents certainty and love. And from there I will build the outside world because thoughts traveled through walls that behavior cannot see.

Many people get the gist of the idea that the presents under the tree come at a cost. Gratification leads nowhere. That's called growing up. And they love the star on the top of the tree, that's inspired. But they get stuck half way up. They like the star but can't let go the presents.

The process of helping people change can be more sophisticated and therefore simplified if you understand the variables. Here I explain the outline.
It never stops. You are in one long transition and transformation that either leads to an early grave or extends your life forever. (well at least the impact). Are you good at transitions or do you go through things so you get back to where you belong? Big difference here.
We speak with our face, we feel through our senses. We get a choice, which one is real?
Two things you need. Someone to listen and someone who doesn't. Changing stories a key to growth.

We live in revolutionary times. Things are changing.
Anyone who wants to remain relevant as a leader must get faster.

To get beyond doubt and small thinking, a big view, is essential. Using an ANT as an example, we examine the universe not do diminish you but to contextualise the game you might be caught playing in, thinking it's real.

Whether you are on the beach or in your office the question is which game are you in? The big one or the small one?
Your Identity is the small game of life - are you sure that's the game you want to win?
There are morals and ethics, beliefs and thoughts, emotions and games people play. And then there is another game, the big one. Which rules you live by is completely up to you. But the smaller the game, the more emotional and mental pain you'll have. Your choice.
Which Rules Do You Play By? The lIttle game or the big game? This is a really important choice.

This episode is also available as a blog post: http://innerwealth.com/2022/06/12/six-months-news-letter-from-chris/
Over the last six months you may have participated in coaching, enjoyed reading the blogs and listening to the podcast and over this period of time you will have collected a significant amount of information which from time to time needs to be collated and stuck together in a way that is digestible and most importantly usable. That is the purpose of this report.
Disorganise knowledge leads to confusion. This is a very important aspect of professional growth because there is an abundance of supply of information of what to do and how to do it and when to do it and who to do it with that if you add it all up just leads to one humongous mess. If you take what I teach and take what others teach and take what you learn at work and take your own experiences and put them all together it becomes what I call spaghetti mind. In order to prevent this I'm going to organise the last six months of education and learning, both individualised and as I've done with groups in corporate training into six main categories as illustrated in the graphic above. There are three fundamental words that I believe we all can attach to right now in the world that will make a huge difference. They are LIVE, LOVE, LIFE.
I'm aware it's not the first time you've heard the three words put together. However it does make for a really interesting concept because if we can enable ourselves to live, love, life with enthusiasm and all the inspiration we have wrapped up in the Innerwealth technologies, living in harmony with nature as we are part of nature then it's a very powerful and unique proposition, a paradigm that we can share with others in the world.
The one significant thing that has changed in the last six months that I have been helping people work their way through is domestic relationships that have become a exhausted. I think the Covid lockdowns and the change of working environments from offices to home has driven people into a very intense circumstance. That circumstance is quite unique and we need a different and more powerful ways of holding our space without pushing people away. I think it's time that this, as I wrote in my Innerwealth book some 20 or more years ago, becomes an individual responsibility for those who really want to make a difference in the world.

all too often we get trapped in the doing of computation as a leader when really, the quality and inspiration of our leadership comes from art.
Artists create from images in their heart, deep impressions onto a canvas. It can be a sculpture a painting or photograph. It can be dancing or singing or creating music. The leader is an artist and the artist is a leader.
The quality of the artistic nature of a leader is demonstrated in profit plus inspiration measured by team retention, absenteeism and feedback. Are you a good artist? Practice some of the hints here in the video.
You get sucked out of comfort and it’s important to get back to it with learning in hand

There is no more controversial topic in human development than self-reliance. It frightens the hell out of partners and family as the feel like they are losing control. But few things are more attractive.

Every emotion, every feeling, every attraction and every repulsion, every like and dislike, every good and bad are an attempt to find a half truth, a defiance of nature. There are four such separations which define humanity, a human perspective versus the universal. They are all based on defiance of the law of balance.
There is a cause for everything and knowing that cause serves one purpose only, that is to provide for the life ahead. Everywhere nature takes care of life until such time as that life can be spared. Prediction of the future, is the key for success. Tapping the source of future prediction is essential to life. Yet, for most, the pursuit of success is filled with worry and anxiety and therefore aggression and attachment. Such is the normal life of the ambitious person whose nervous system is so heavily taxed that their health begins to suffer, their nervous stability is undermined and they are bought to their knees with mental health problems.

How do we get control of our mindset so that we do not infect our family, clients or others with the rhetoric of fear of the future or distraction of advice that isn't worth the paper it's written on?
There are two aspects of leadership. One is management of one's own life in order to turn up as an emotionally balanced trustable leader and the other is to engage the energy, spirit and inspirations of those you lead. 30 DAY Challenge engages at both these levels.
