Hello 2022 :)
This year in business my focus is on growth & systems (to enable me to grow & leverage) So I thought I would kickstart the year with an episode on why I believe implementing systems from day 1 is so important to your business success.
Systems give you freedom as they enable you to do all of the following:
You can leverage your time
It is never faster for you to do it
Better to have 10 people each earning you $10 than you earning $100
Allows you to spend time Planning rather than doing all the time'
Time to create new opportunities, sell, grow your business
time for you personally, otherwise working 10- 12 hours a day
Avoid overwhelm, burnout, forgetting things
gives you ability to train someone else to do the job
