For the past 23 years, the International Space Station has been visited by more than 200 astronauts from 19 countries. But China has never been allowed to take part in the ISS program. Since 2011, it has been officially banned from doing so, after the US Congress passed the Wolf Amendment which prohibits NASA from using any of its funds for cooperative projects with China.
Now with China constructing its own space station will space explorations bring nations together or further apart?
