Whether the discussion begins at a point where we pronounce that racism no longer exists based on President Obama’s election, or that Scientific Socialism, Pan Africanism, Afro-Centrism, or the words and deeds of Garvey, Malcolm or Martin; the issue is very emotional and has options to breed love and respect, while also having the potential to perpetuate the seeds of hypocrisy, illiteracy, anesthetization, incarceration and a host of other injustices to all of US as a people. We have choices on how we respond and often times it is an emotional one that many times further fuels the anger leading to further tragedy. Is there an answer and where shall we begin?
