If you've ever heard the phrase "hurt people hurt people," then you're probably familiar with the pain sometimes community can bring. In this episode, we talk about how sometimes our behaviors and reactions can actually be a result of trauma that has happened to us. Sometimes we get triggered but, also sometimes we trigger others. What do we do when faced with someone's triggered reaction to something we've said? What do we do when we've been triggered by another person in our community? And even deeper than that, what do we do when we feel like trauma is affecting our calling and heart to serve others?
Join the Bronx Section Youth Ministries and SED Mental Health Team once again as we dive into what trauma looks like in a regular day to day and also how God still wants to use us even though we're healing from traumatic experiences.
