Does wealth mean money? Not exactly.

Wealth can mean many things, but it is absolutely not just the accumulation of money and personal items. Money itself doesn't brings us happiness, but it is what we do with it that can lead to deeper understanding around the meaning of wealth. There's nothing you should or shouldn't do with money, but there is an importance on what you emphasize.

In 2012, host of TBSP Lynzie Smith launched her business as an Independent Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist. While navigating the process of Entrepreneurship in the Beauty Industry, Lynzie began offering Coaching Services and hosting Networking Events and Workshops to other Beauty Professionals looking to leave the traditional structure of Salons and Spas and become Independent. In the process, she learned so much from the Artists she was coaching. This led to the idea of launching a platform designed specifically for the Solopreneur in the Beauty Industry, providing a space for all members to contribute their success stories, ask for support, learn from one another, and easily network with others who've shared a similar journey!

As the Founder of IBP, Lynzie truly appreciates the hard work that goes into successfully building a business. Her passion for networking and education creates a truly collaborative approach to promoting others, she sees herself on this platform as an IBP Member.
