Powered by her passion to help entrepreneurs break the generational poverty curse, Shay has empowered countless small business owners to build unprecedented wealth and inheritance for their families. Shay uses proven tax and accounting strategies to elevate her clients’ profits. In fact, she’s on a mission to turn 15 entrepreneurs into millionaires before she retires.

Her purpose was informed by watching her parents strive for financial security through business ownership, only to be bested by bookkeeping illiteracy. A cosmetologist and handyman by trade, they took great pride in their work but didn’t have access to the financial counseling that would’ve kept more profit in their pockets.

That’s why among her many stellar accomplishments, she is most proud of being a first-generation college grad and entrepreneur, earning a master’s degree in accounting during a global pandemic, and soon to be a Certified Public Accountant while raising a family.
