I only realized this deeply @ 33. What matters from this point onwards is how I use my remaining time. I acknowledge that I procrastinate or get stuck with other people's view of me.

It takes guts to examine ourselves. It's not easy to act against norms. - Nevertheless, it's still my own life that I must choose consciously to control. -
